Dialock LTD Reviews 

I had a broken lock on the front storm porch. A company came and looked at it, quoted for a replacement lock and then said it was impossible to replace it. I called Dialock and arranged for them to come out the following day (they offered to come immediately but I wasn't at home!). Alec replaced the lock, no problem. The service from the start with the lady answering the phone (sorry, I didn't get her name) to the work being carried out was first class, polite and professional.

Janis turned up quickly and worked for ages to get me back into my house after the latch fell and locked me out. Very polite and helpful.

Thanks to Janis for saving us last night and helping in our hotel. He arrived quickly and was able to resolve the problem in a few minutes.

Five star experience from start to finish. The communication from Rita via phone and email was very friendly, fast and accommodating. Alexandre the technician was extremely polite, competent and did an excellent job opening a safe after a burglary. Not to mention, after the two more well known safe specialists didn’t have the courtesy to reply my emails. Thanks again. Sean

Janis saved the day, or night last night - a mislaid key meant we were locked out in the cold. He arrived within the declared time, worked tirelessly until he got us inside & couldn’t have been kinder - an absolute gentleman. Highly recommended!!!

I called this company at 9.30 p.m. on a Sunday evening and I had a locksmith at my door in 30 minutes.
The guy named Janis was amazing. He tried everything and was an absolute gentleman. He did not stop until he got us back into our house within a half hour.
I could not thank him enough for his determination and skill. I thought the price was excellent as it was the weekend and late at night.
I would HIGHLY recommend this company and thanks once again to Janis.

The locksmith was very good and friendly. He explained everything and gave me costs before doing anything. All options were given to me and explained fully.
