Excellent Customer Service

Moe and Miranda at the La Porte location are absolutely the sweetest ladies I’ve ever done business with. They are very personable and will go above and beyond customer service. The facility is very clean and well kept, making us feel very comfortable with parking our new RV there.

Moe helped me set up my 2nd storage unit. The storage area is very clean. All personnel was very courteous and professional.

Moe was an absolute gem!! We have delt with many storage managers and she is by far the best. The location was perfect. Easy in and out with my 35' fifth wheel trailer. Very clean and organized location. The prices were the best around. Would recommend this location to anyone!!

I have rented storage units before but this is by far the best experience I’ve had. The Deer Park office is well organized, comfortable and inviting. The staff is extremely professional and I would recommend them to everyone.

Registering on line made everything so easy!

Reserved online. Arrived the next day and they had my storage ready. Just a bit of paperwork and it was done. Miranda was great! She's very knowledgeable and welcoming. I recommend LockTite!!

Best experience I could ask for. Reasonably priced and great service. They offer free moving truck, free lock and free snacks and drinks. Very friendly!

Our 48 years of house hold items are in your hands. To date all has been excellent care.

It was so easy as I did all the paperwork in advance, on-line. They are friendly and have great customer service. They loaned us (for free) a covered trailer to use to move things, provided wet wipes, and everything was seamless. I highly recommend these folks for your storage needs.

I recently needed storage unit and chose the one in Conroe close to the Walmart. Everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) has been genuinely helpful and kind. They give you a free lock and I don't know any place that does that. I needed a 2nd storage unit and went back in. I have to admit that I'm a believer in Jesus Christ and I like to talk about the kingdom of God. So I struck up a conversation with them... Not to my surprise, their whole organization are believers as well. Regardless of a person's beliefs, from a business point of view, you will not be sorry for doing business with them.
