• “Excellent Service, But Pay Scale Issue Needs Attention”
I would like to begin by expressing my sincere appreciation for your agency’s services. I am 100% happy with the way duties are assigned and how professionally you handle your dealings. I would gladly give LocumLink a five-star rating for this.
However, I am writing to express my disappointment with the registration process I experienced.
When I initially began registering with LocumLink, the person handling my application told me clearly that I was eligible for the top point of the payscale, as I have previous experience working in a public health hospital in India as a nurse—which is recognized and acceptable.
However, at the end of the registration process, he told me that I was not eligible for the top point and that I would only be placed at the first point of the payscale. I was extremely disappointed to hear this, as it felt misleading and unfair.
At that time, I had also received offers from other agencies such as Nurse On Call and CPL, who were willing to offer me the top point of the payscale. Despite that, I chose to stay with LocumLink because many of my friends in Ireland had shared positive experiences and encouraged me to join your agency.
Therefore, I kindly request that my payscale be reviewed. If my previous experience qualifies me—as I was initially told—I hope you will consider adjusting my pay accordingly. This will help rebuild my trust and strengthen my commitment to your agency.

I can say l am not sure whether good or bad then only gave me 3 shifts since l signed with them.Gave them all my required trainings but they continue asking each time my trainings is expired expected to renew without any shifts or money.

The agency has flexibility to maintain a healthy work/life balance. It gives one the opportunity to choose when and where to work.
The company also offers the option to spread your pay and this makes planning your finances easier
However, they can be irrational sometimes if issues happens where an agency staff is rostered to work. The agency can do better by representing the interest of their employees and do their investigation properly rather than take the side of the facility the agency staff has been rostered to work.
