Misunderstanding with measurements when surveyed, quote accepted and installed. Measurements for boarding was wrong and when questioned said would be another £395.00. The price was already expensive. Bad workmanship, hatch not fitting level, boards cut uneven and badly fitted with gaps. Company offered to come to look but didn't want them in my property again didn't trust to be done right. Fitters weren't carpenters/ joiners which for the price I expected them to be. The fitters weren't to blame it's the company. Don't trust this company especially as they are on check a trade.

We have just had our loft boarded by Lofts4storage and they have done an excellent job. From the first moment when we met their customer advisor at our home to the final moment with the two guys that have done the work for us, everything has gone really well indeed. We are thrilled with our new loft storage, a very neat and tidy job has been done and they have cleaned up thoroughly after themselves as well. I would highly recommend Lofts4storage as a great company to work with.

Great service from the loft inspection & quote, which was the most competitive of 5 quotes from other loft ladder companies.
Jamie arrived just after 9.00am & left at 7.30pm.
He worked solidly ALL day, refusing any refreshments offered.
He relayed the lift flooring & put shelves right through & put a new loft hatch with ladders. He left it all spotlessly clean & took the time & patience to show us how the ladder works.

Within a two-week period, I received a visit from a surveyor, who, within a few hours, sent a quotation and photographs of the ladders and the hatch which would be fitted, including architrave/frame, shortly after which a loft-ladder installation was carried out, within a matter of days.

The loft ladder installers arrived on time and were efficient, ensuring that all floor areas were covered and items of furniture were removed.
Moreover, they hoovered and replaced furniture, prior to leaving my bungalow.

A receipt of payment/warranty was emailed within two working days.

I was pleased with the service which I received.

Quotation process was thorough and informed, more so than other companies. Times and date arranged to suit and adhered to. Installers prompt and really helpful, supported me with clearing the loft as agreed as I had no ladder so access was impossible for me to retrieve contents in advance. The installation team acknowledged a slight problem with closing and worked over time to rectify it. Kirsty at the office followed it up and arranged a follow up to ensure all well. Absolutely no payment expected until everything was right. The best customer service ever.

Two great guys arrived, very polite, got on with job, tidied mess and all done! Fab job, very pleased from start with assessor through to end. Highly recommend. Thank you

Positive initial impressions when Luke visited my house to quote two different options for a new hatch/ladder and loft boarding.

However when I asked Richard in the sales team to specifically detail in the quote how the structural work to remove and reinforce the ceiling joist would be carried out (i.e. double trimmers/headers, galvanised joist hangers), the spec of the hatch and ladder, and the spec of the flooring, I didn't hear anything back.

When I followed up a week later they recommended I use someone else instead as they weren't able to confirm the specs requested. Massive red flags when a company isn't able to confirm the specifications of the proposed work and materials they are quoting for.

A really good experience from start to finish. We received a very good quote. Arranging an installation we was easy and fitted in perfectly with us. Installation team arrived when stated and did a fantastic job in our 1930's built house. Job was completed on time and was of a very high quality finish. Professional, efficient and very tidy installation team. Highly recommended - thanks for a top job.

All the staff were polite and professional. From quote to fitting the process was very easy with quick responses. Workers done a great job and left house clean and tidy. We are really happy with the work and would recommend the company.

The quote was very good value, only took the 3 men 2 hours to complete, if I ever move I will definitely use again. No mess left behind.

From the measurement phase to the quote then the fitting, was so easy. All the staff were polite and professional. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend the company.

I received a reasonable quote after the survey. The team arrived on time and got most of the work completed on the first day. The second day they were finished by 10.30

I am very pleased with the finished job and the way they kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up afterwards.

They came and boarded the loft and there was a problem with the clearance of the stair however they came back and rectified it. Tristan and team cleaned up after finishing the work. The work they did was tidy and such considerate friendly guys.

Had my loft done by this company.
We wanted boarding and shelving done but we weren't sure if we had enough space. Luke came to measure up and chatted with us about how much boarding and shelving we could have. Lovely bloke. Very professional.
We chose this company after having 3 others come out and quote mainly because of Luke and after looking at the quality of the jobs they had done on Facebook.
The men who came to do the work were very polite, quick and tidy.

I told them there was a hole in my bedroom ceiling.
They came along and said , it's not possible to even give me a quote , a total waste of time👎
Have tried to resolve the matter but they still won't give me a quote.

Came to board my loft one of the workmen put his foot through the bedroom ceiling. Although they came back and repaired the hole it was left with a big brown patch. They eventually decreased the final invoice but I was still out of pocket as it cost more to strip repaper and paint the ceiling to get it back to how it was before they came out to board the loft.

So professional and such great service. The surveyor was knowledgeable. Mark and Brad came to do the fitting out. They had great work ethic, I barely knew they were in the house! They cleaned up and took time and patience talking me through the work they'd completed and demonstrating how to use the ladders correctly.

Had a quick but not pushy response to my online request. The surveyor who came out was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly. Arranging the date for installation was easy, quick and flexible. Kieran came to install and worked so hard, he literally didn’t stop and was really friendly. His work was great quality, he explained how to use the loft ladder and access well. Mess was kept to a minimum and was all cleared up by Kieran afterwards.
