No customer service

Everything great up until the point of sale. Absolutely no customer service, replies to emails, phone calls since payment

Never replied to my mail

Never replied to my mail. The scanners they sent out wouldn't work. I ask for assistance and never heard back. I spent €500 in scanners that I can't use.

I requested an RMA in October 2022 for…

I requested an RMA in October 2022 for 3 products and a further request in February for a 4th. Despite numerous requests by email and phone these items have NOT been collected. Service deplorable.

Faulty product and refusal to repair or replace

Product supplied was faulty, after returning the print head they said the product was damaged by ourselves rather than a faulty product. Once they refused to replace or repair, I asked for the product back and never received it. Logiscentre effectively charged €350 for absolutely nothing. Don't expect any sort of customer service.

Order placed in October 2022

Order placed in October 2022, payment deducted from my card immediately. Still not delivered by March 2023, 5 months later. Not getting useful responses by email.

Telesales person mislead us on product…

Telesales person mislead us on product availability and then short shipped us without prior advice which caused us delay and grief with our customer. We've since found a more reliable supplier. We won't be going back to Logiscenter.

Bad communication

Great phone support

Great phone support, fast delivery, even a phone call prior to dispatch asking if I needed a UK cable ( I did, based in Ireland). Products are very good quality

Delayed delivery

Delayed delivery, having been told it would ship in 1-3 days. Would not use again if you're in a hurry for something. Poor and slow customer service email response times also.
