Avoid Logo Cloud at all costs.

I paid this company to assist with a trademark for my business and was promised a straightforward process, including confirmation of filing and a serial number within a reasonable timeframe. That never happened.

It has now been close to a year of chasing them with:

- No proof that anything was ever filed
- No application or serial number
- No meaningful response despite repeated follow-ups

Once payment was made, communication effectively stopped. The only thing provided was a generic “search report” showing zero results — something that can be done independently — followed by complete silence.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has caused unnecessary stress and delays for my business. At this point, I have serious doubts about whether any legitimate service was ever carried out.

If you’re thinking about using Logo Cloud, don’t. Go directly through IP Australia or use a qualified trademark attorney. This company has shown a complete lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer service, they are now listed as scammers on all IP Australia sites.

I will now be pursuing this matter further through my bank and relevant authorities.

SCAM ARTISTS! RUDE, UNHELPFUL, CHILDREN RUNNING A "BUSINESS" DO NOT TRUST

My requirements did not fit a stand package as the scope was very basic. An agreement was made and agreed with sales and payment made. Upon completion one third of the project, the production side of the business refused to complete to job without upgrade and further payment. They simply refused to consider my point of view and instead chose to hang me out to dry, resulting in me having to pay extra to complete the project with an alternative provider.
I gave them ample opportunity to complete the project to the original spec which required only minimal extra work, but they refused.
The quality of the work completed was fine, it was the process where they agreed to the original scope of the project only to change course part way through requesting more money for completion that is extremely disappointing.

Found Logocloud while surfing the net looking for logo developers. We are a small Probus club and their online special of $29 to develop a logo for you was great news. They were easy to deal with, promptly replied and met every delivery schedule. Their work was great making any changes we wanted. Jason and Alex developed a 25th Anniversary logo for a club to our specs, couldn't ask for a better team. Thanks Mollymook Beach Probus

What I do have to disagree with is although the finished product is perfectly accomplished, there was an image in the background, and it was given to me without it, mm I don't know
