They are posing as other companies also like Logo Genius Pro Digital Design ect Took us for $3500.00

I pray that you read these ratings before you engage this company. They are a SCAM...avoid them at all cost. The ultimate bait and switch tactic was pulled on me. My credit card was charged $911 to copyright a logo i engaged them to create. When I provided my credit card information it was of my own doing to specifically pay $165 for a logo. At the time of that decision, I complete a document that detailed the transaction and I received a receipt. Roughly two weeks later after I settled on the logo design I received a phone call from someone in their "legal department" and was told the final step to ensure I would be able to use the logo would be to could choose between copyrighting the logo for 10 years or life. I explained that I placed no thought into this, but would most likely do 10 years. I asked how much this cost and explicitly, how this was paid, and explicitly stated that I did not want to pay for anything at the moment. Not only was I charged based on verbal authorization I allegedly gave that I never gave; this company also waited 5 days to tell me despite my immediate dispute of the charge via phone call within three hours of the fraudulent call placed by the "legal department", that I would be charged because I requested them to do so. They are a SCAM and have scammed many. I will be going to the greatest lengths to ensure they never scam another customer again.

LIARS, BAIT AND SWITCH, VERY DISHONEST COMPANY! We entered into a contract and gave them a $3000 deposit after they showed us some 2d cell animation from who they claimed were their "Asian animation partners"... they lied. The work they gave us was from someone in Pakistan who obviously had no illustration training whatsoever. We canceled the contract and demanded a refund as per the Contract. They stopped taking our calls and emails and went radio silent. They kept the entire deposit. Run, don't walk... or they'll do the same to you!

IF THERE WAS AN OPTION OF NO STARS OR WORSE I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THAT. WHY CANT PEOPLE BE HONEST AND DO WHAT THEY ARE CONTRACTED TO DO!

I was scammed by this company. $199.00 and no product. No refund either after 3 months without delivering anything. I couldn't get past the first picture in my whiteboard video. They couldn't draw a hammer. They sent back a low-quality stone age mallet and couldn't correct it.

I don't really have enough space here to review them properly. We were supposed to get 2 websites, a video, letterhead, cards and a logo. The websites never happened. We received nothing except a $30 logo. We paid $1800. THEN when challenging the 100% guarantee, were told iy didn't apply since they had revisions to the original discussions. Sherry Khan (CON) and Talha. We ended up using B12. THRILLED with the end product! Oh, and the "Geniuses" will hi-jack your host account so that you cannot get it back- and it gets "locked". I got it back, and I will get our $1800 back minus the $30 logo and then will take this review down. Now they are saying that they aren't really this company....blah blah blah

I worked with Sherry Khan and he was amazing. I had a distinct idea of what I wanted for my tiny side business and he took that and made it so much better! I’m absolutely thrilled with my beautiful logo! He also offered ideas of how I can grow my business without at all being pushy to purchase anything.

Very satisfied with both the quality and volume of the designs submitted. The creativity and range in styles were so broad, and it was hard to choose a winner. Also, the designers I messaged were very friendly and willing to make any changes I requested. Overall very pleased and could not be more happy with my new logo!

I can not say enough positive comments about working with Sherry Khan! He was the Bomb to work with! My project was launching a new concept with an animated video and landing page. I purchased the genius unlimited. All of the features of this product/service were not met. My account manager could not meet deadlines nor follow the most simple directions. They wasted my time and money.

Ahmed Baig was my design consultant and provided excellent service and his vision of my logo was beyond my expectations! I highly recommend this company and they provide more service and products for your money than other companies. I will be back again for any of my future designs!

I was referred by a friend and Sherry Khan did an excellent job in the service I was looking for - logo design.

Edited- After they did my logo (see below) I agreed for them to do my website. After many conversations about the site and promised " going live" times that we not met and lack of progress our board decided to ask for a refund and not go further. They refused a refund and told me to tell my board if I pursue with legal ways "they will lose" . I will not be recommending them and here in Montana word of mouth still goes a long way. We will also be pursuing with BBB complaint and small claims if need be.

Asif Siddiqui was great with our request. Full of integrity and stood by his word. Great work done by team. I would recommend highly.

I was a bit skeptical about using a service outside of my own area (Philadelphia, PA) but the cost was reasonable for an 8 second animation and I was willing to risk it.

What I received was an awesome logo animation and a flawless delivery. Their first effort was pretty great, but needed two changes. They (Sherry Kahn - who handled my account) made the changes and delivered the new animation to my complete satisfaction.

The web can be a scary place to order things unseen, but there are some great vendors - and some great deals - to be discovered. This is a short tale of one of them - they fully delivered on their promise of a great animation at the exact cost they quoted. I'm delighted to give them five stars and my personal recommendation.
