Logo Shirts Direct is a great company. I needed several shirts embroidered before Christmas to surprise my husband with his company logo on the shirts for Christmas. First order I've made was to see the quality and service. The whole process from ordering to production was easy and had notification about graphic look, modifications and final product. I was really pleased with the quick response that I was getting through the email correspondence. I've made an error when ordering and It was fixed without going through hoops.The shipment/arrival was when they said it would be.
Now the product: I was pleased to see the actual graphic on the items I've order. From service to quality it's been a great experience.

We are so happy with our jackets - we ordered two winter jackets with a large area of embroidery on the backs. They turned out beautifully. I was super suspicious of the quality I would received because the price quoted was literally half what any other custom logo & embroidery shop quoted me. The guys at LogoShirtsDirect actually called me to discuss my order, and promptly replied to every email I sent - a few times even after hours!
When my jackets were shipped they accidentally got routed to my office but the office is shut down so I asked them to send the package to my house and figured they'd get lost by UPS somewhere & delayed a week. Just a few hours later LogoShirtsDirect emailed me back updated tracking info with my box coming to my home without any delay at all!
The embroidery is flawless, the quality is superb, and the jackets are exactly the name brand products we chose, not knock-offs. I double & triple checked every way I could think that might end up with extra fees but the original quote was exactly what I was charged and I'm so, so happy I had faith & put my order in with LogoShirtsDirect, I'll be sending 100% of my orders to this company from now on & recommending them to everyone who asks!

First time customer. Very professional transaction and right on time. The art department worked with me to modify our logo in a tasteful way to enhance its appearance on the quarter zips we ordered. The actual product - a Sport Tek quarter zip - was high quality and just as advertised. Very pleased and we will use Logo Shirts Direct again.

The embroidery was amazing... absolutely perfect! But the quality of the NIKE shirt was poor. The shirts that were recommended by the customer service rep are very thin and not professional at all.
