The image looks good however it is off…
The image looks good however it is off center and un level no matter how much I tried to stretch it out. There also seems to be a stain on the upper right corner of the image. This was supposed to be a birthday present so I don't have time to order another one and will have to give something else. Sad.

I Order From LogoSportswear Every Year!
I love how we are able to do order by invoice. This makes the process so much easier on my end. I also love being able to see a visual before it is printed and having the option of working with a person or ordering straight online. The only complain I have is that we have several bags that needed reprinting. I am unsure if they will just be resent or what the action steps are.

The company was very responsive, ad not updated for current stock.
The company was very responsive and quick to tell me if there was a product advertised that was currently out of stock. I would have rated as a 5 star, except that the merchandise page that they are connected by is out of date and needs updating. The page needs to have clear reflection of what is available with the logo on it for the organization I am a member of. The shirts are high quality, but they do fit a little on the snug size and thus the sizing may not be correct. I may decide to go one size larger for a better fit.

I've used them many, many times for individual item customization over the years. Things I appreciate most: 1) quality of the shirts; 2) ease of design application; 3) fulfillment consistent with their promised turnaround; and 4) in those rare moments of dissatisfaction, complete recovery and resolution in a very timely way.

Will order again.
design and order process was really nice experience. Shipment/Delivery not so much. We paid extra to have the material on 09/14. So, a bit disappointed that the material was not delivered on time, even though I had a conversation on Friday with customer service confirming it would deliver on time. I assume the customs delay was part of the delay. Which is okay, I just wish somebody would have communicated it with us. Still overall, good job/product. Will order again.

I purchased (2) custom hats and (1)…
I purchased (2) custom hats and (1) custom shirt as a sports coach to my kid's soccer and basketball team. After I uploaded the image I wanted, I chose the color and went.
When the first package arrived the shirt was still in the box but not the two hats (stolen). Not the company's fault. I called and the replaced immediately with zero issues.
The hardest part was each brand's colors are slightly different and the website only shows AI view. For me the royal blue hats was "brighter" than then royal blue shirt. Still works but the slight difference can bother folks sometimes.
Since this is my 4th year coaching and my team name won't change sport to sport / year to year - I plan to continue ordering through the years.
