I run a little business where I take people on camping trips and I like to sell custom camping merchandise as well. The thing is I’m very particular about what brands of outerwear I sell so I needed a custom apparel company with a huge selection. LogoUp was perfect for this. They have all the brands I needed like North Face, Columbia, and Carhartt. Not only that, I occasionally have to make some small orders when I’m out of stock for less popular items and there is no minimum order size and small order fee. I also don’t have to pay any setup or application fees since my logo is on file. And pro tip, if anyone else is selling merchandise their custom pages make it really easy to order and restock. Gotta give it to LogoUp, they really are a reliable and honest service.

This company is a disaster. Paid $135 for shipping. When I inquired on why these costs were so high, they said they were "standard fees". The hats took over 2 weeks to ship. When I asked where they were, and why charges were so high, my order was cancelled after I told them not to cancel. Do not ever order anything from this company.

It was my first time getting any custom apparel and I wasn’t really familiar with the embroidery process. I started using the love chat option and I got a response immediately. Just a couple minutes later I was on the phone with an employee who helped me out throughout the entire ordering process step by step. Everything was made easy for me at LogoUp.com and my products came out awesome. I definitely recommend LogoUp!

This company has poor customer service and just service in general. The addressed me by the wrong name, took away a discount when I went to check out and when I went to write them about it they said they'd honor it because I was new ...but it wasn't even the same discount!

I’ve been getting custom hats for my dealership for a while with the same design, but I wanted to switch it up. I saw some cool designs online of people putting their logos to the side of the hat which I thought was really cool and wanted to try out. Unfortunately, the usual place I order from charges extra for this type of thing, and the extra charge is per item! That turns out to be a lot when your order is around 60 hats. When I found LogoUp.com as an alternative, I was super happy with how reasonable they were. They did not charge extra for a custom location on the hat and the hats themselves were only ten bucks each with no application fee. Such a great price! When I received my hats the embroidery was top notch, just as good if not better than the hats I was previously receiving. I will definitely keep ordering from LogoUp in the future.

Spent almost $300. and waited a month for our order. When we finally received it we couldn't even read the text on the hats and the threads were coming out like it wasn't sewn properly. We cant even wear the stuff nor can we give it out looking the way it does. I opened a ticket with customer service and when I sent photos to them, my ticket was closed. Don't do business with this company.

I have used LogoUp.com a few times now and I absolutely love it. I run a small pest control business in Florida and I always need some extra hats laying around in case we hire some new employees. Whenever I’m about to run out of hats I place an order for normally 10 Richardson 112 Trucker Hats. They sell these hats a great price and offer a ton of standard and premium color options. They had my company’s exact colors and I’m sure they will have yours too as they have so many options. These particular hats are also very comfortable and have a mesh on the back that keeps you cool during the summertime, perfect for a business like mine. The fact that my order is only 10 items is not a problem at LogoUp as they won’t charge you a small order fee or require a minimum order size like how some other companies do.

I think the best thing about LogoUp.com is how they keep your logo saved on file, so I can easily replace orders and not have to pay the setup fee every time. It saves me a bunch of time and money. Their shipping is reliable and always comes in the time frame that it predicts. I normally use the cheapest shipping method that consistently takes about two weeks to come in, but there was one time that I just hired a new guy and didn’t have a hat for him so I needed the shipment to come in fast. I selected the fastest shipping option and it only took about three days to come in!

The embroidered logos always come out awesome and have no problem in the wash.

Overall, I’m a huge fan of LogoUp.com. Like I said I have placed a few orders here and I have had zero complaints. Great family-run business!

Easy to use service for a quality product. Been ordering my companies apparel from LogoUp for many years and will continue to do so. People complain about such minor issues but LogoUp is a stand up company and has quality products/embroidery.

I have been a loyal customer to LogoUp.com for about 5 years now and I don’t plan on shopping anywhere else. What I love about this company is how easy it is to have re-order from them. After you order once from them it’s so easy! Your logo is already stored on their database and there is no additional fee to upload your logo another time.


I’ve constantly had guys quit after a few weeks on the job and need new equipment fast, and LogoUp.com has never let me down. My new guys are always dressed on their first day and we are always getting compliments on how professional we look. I’m a customer for life!

I’ve used Logo-Up for embroidered hats on over 5 separate occasions for both personal and progressional orders. Great/fair pricing, excellent quality, and timely shipment!

The quality of their work is really good but the negative is two-fold. 1) their production time is long. 2) the price of shipping is expensive.

I usually get my orders in about 30 days. I usually plan for that but when I need something quickly, I have to pay for expedited shipping which is ever more expensive. If they could improve on the 2 negatives, I would give them 5 stars.

I'm currently looking for a local vendor. Even though the quality is good, the production time and shipping is making look local.

Growing up playing baseball, my teammates and I used to always wear the Richardson 112 Trucker Hat to the ballpark and have been huge fans of it ever since. When my boss at the automotives company I work for asked me to get some company hats, I knew the perfect hat to get. Lucky for me, LogoUp.com was running a huge promotion on Richardson 112 Hats with embroidered logos. They had so many color options and they had my company's exact colors!
Only about 18 people work at my automotive company and I noticed that some other site’s have a minimum order size or charge a small order fee. LogoUp.com had none of these. It made it very affordable and easy for members of small businesses like myself to get some cool custom hats with our logo. I paid for the best shipping and it only took 4 days for our hats to come in. The embroidering was super high quality, especially considering the low price point

As the owner of a small catering company I only have about 7 employees. However it is very important that our brand and company logo is visible on our attire (for self promotion, professionalism, etc.). Unfortunately, it seems that many companies in this industry require a minimum order or charge an outrageous small order fee, completely preventing small businesses like me from getting items with my brand and logo on it.

I am so grateful for LogoUp.com however. I ordered 7 t shirts and 7 hats with my catering company’s logo on it at a very reasonable price point, much lower than any other I saw. Not only that, I paid for the second best shipping option and my order only took a week to come in! Custom items with my logo on it only took a week after clicking order! The shirts and hats came out awesome, I’ve even had some customers complement us on our cool hats and shirts. I definitely recommend LogoUp.com, especially if you’re a small business.

I have nothing but good words for Logoup. I ordered a hefty order of 300+ shirts and 150 face masks, all with my companies logo on them.... I was absolutely astonished with the results, in quality and in time. This 450+ order was delivered within a week of ordering with all the logos placed properly where I asked for them to be put. On top of that, the design was spot on, exact colors and exact stitching/paint down to the detail. I 100% recommend Logoup for anyone trying to get their logo on any material they need. I used this company for the first time to order apparel for my up and coming business and I could not have been more pleased.
