The quality of the hats and the stitching was noticeable and the placement of my business logo and clarity of the stitching was very attractive. I was very appreciative of the ease of use of the website and am pleased with the final result. The interest generated in my business hats was surprising. I will be making more in the future.

The hats look great. The ordering process is a little clunky, especially if you need to start over. I ended up paying for some wrap I didn't want because I had to start over from the beginning and forgot to uncheck that box a second time.

Great products, prompt delivery, awesome specials

Selections are good. Prices are reasonable. I was able to work thru a few special matters with no problems. I wish I had a better way to see the quality of the items I purchased. The total time was a little longer than I expected.

The products and prices are great. There was a good variety of clothing options and the embroidered logo look beautiful. I know from past experiences with logo-up that they are sturdy, too. The online ordering interface was a bit confusing and cumbersome, but I still recommend them.

Great turnaround and excellent service

The shipping was slow for the price that was paid. The $2.99 "default location application" fee drives the cost up a lot.

Customer service was great, quality of the stitching on the Richardson 112 are perfect. I will continue to order my company hats from you guys. When it's hat day and I pass out gear to the guys it's all smiles.

Ashlee Bryant of RJ Roberts is working really hard to correct the order. Apparently descriptive information on 3 polo shirt silky shirts I ordered were similar to another type shirt in RJ Roberts inventory and I selected the wrong shirt. Hopefully through correcting the order I'll received the shirts I desired

ordered custom hats for my son’s new business. they are perfect, customer service was amazing and logoup had the best price on Russell 112!
