Eddie Brown’s creativity was a superior experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my interface with him. The outcome of my logo is exceptional. I will most certainly return to LogoVent in the future, for other endeavors.

I cannot in good judgment give a full review until the design and activation of my website for my online store has been completed, it is still a work in progress and until it is completed this is the two stars that I'm going to give for right now thank you

I DIDN'T LIKE THE COMMUNICATION WE HAD THROUGHOUT OUR BUSINESS. IT EFFECTED THE WAY THINGS WERE GETTING DONE BECAUSE OF THE DIFFERENT LANGUAGE BARRIER.

These guy were great to deal with. The final product turned out great. Ryan was great to work with I would recommend both Mark and Ryan to assist you in building your web page.

Sorry that you did not receive what you paid for. It’s truly a simple thing, company provides services, customers happy. Simple as that!!!

I have had a similar experience with this company (Vent Logos) and would not refer it to anyone. They did do a great job on the logo and that was it. They promise business cards and copyright for my company’s logo.

The business card came and they are of low quality. I’m still waiting for my copyright it’s been over six months. My last communication was with Jane, she text me back that she will be in touch and still no reply. Jordan, Bobby, Sebastian, and Jane I will not refer these people at all.

Thiefs. Stole money from me. Completed some of the services but not ALL I paid for (I have the invoice to prove it--please feel to contact me if you want), after I realized I was never going get the services. I requested my money back for the services never received. They kept putting the refund off like they were processing it, saying it takes 8-10 business days after about 3 months of this. I wrote a review on another site (March 2021) in which they replied claiming they provided all the services I paid for (I paid for in $1400 package was not provided). Then they try to intimidate you by posting your personal info in their reply, instead of writing a decent reply. (See Sitejabber review). So when I tried to show emails Logovent sent to me in (as a response to Logovent) where they claimed the refund was processing Trustpilot site does not allow reviewers to post messages with email addresses. But the company replying to reviewers are allowed to post emails and addresses in their reply. So of course, logovent took advantage of this and took a lot of things out of context to show what they wanted. Which is what they did in response to my first review up here and on another site. My first review was so long I literally ran out character space so I just deleted and redid it to make sure it included everything I needed. Sebastian and his team are evil and bullies!! There are some services they feel comfortable doing (like logos) and they use these to weasel you into other services they don't do well. I.e. websites, my experience with the website is they do 45%-50% of the work then give you the credentials to do the rest of the work. I spent hours staying up late looking at YouTube tutorials making changes to the site that they promised they would do but never did. When I called them out on in it. They changed the credentials (username & pw) so I could no longer access the website. So at this time, all the info on the website is out-of-date and I have no access to update the website I paid for, but in their previous reply to my review they showed an email where they provided credentials for social media pages (fb and instragram) to try to give the impression that they provided me with the credentials to my website, or should I say their website as I have no access to it whatsoever. Then said see we did provide you with websites credentials when everyone knows social media sites and a website is 2 different things. And the social media marketing (fb and instragram) was another whole fiasco that I don't want to get into right now, just know they did not provide all the services they promised they would do with that (I have emails to prove it). Dealing with these people became a full-time job. I don't like to write bad reviews, I prefer to settle issues in-house, but these guys make it virtually impossible. I would hate to see someone else getting taken advantage. If you choose to be bamboozled by these guys just know you've been warned. When I choose to work with them all reviews were saying good things which is why I choose them but some companies will try to intimidate into not writing a bad review esp. if they got something in their possession that is important to you. But just think what person trying to start a business would start off making up a lie on another company that's really trying to "help them." You just focusing on your business doing well and def not starting off by doing trying hurt someone else. But they feel safe taking and stealing bc they're not a US based company they're based in Pakistan. When I told them I was consulting a lawyer they just basically laughed in my face bc they feel they're untouchable since they not in the US. Pls take it from me they are not worth your time!

Good customer service made sure everything was correct and the way I wanted it. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Awesome team.
