We are a home blood testing service where all tests include a home appointment for a nurse to take the blood sample. The nurse will send your sample to the lab for analysis, which are the same labs the NHS uses, and your results come with a Doctor review also. Lola was created due to our frustrations with the other servics which are expensive, do not contain enough markers and they use fingerprick testing which is both unpleasant and unreliable. Our tests cost less, we do a full analysis and the prices includes the nurse blood collection and doctor review.

AMAZING
Wow what a service..booked online and a nurse was taking my bloods 2 days later...results back the next day. Would highly recommend. Great report that comes back from a doctor too. Will be telling people about this for sure. I hadnthe 360 blood test.

Fast service
Within 24 hours of the professional collecting my blood I received my report and this was new years eve. The guy who collected my blood was polite and very professional and the Doctors report very helpful I would use them again

BEST HEALTH SERVICE I HAVE USED!
Lola health has been the best health service I have used. The value for money in terms of what you get is amazing, other hospitals charge way more.
I ordered the ultimate test. The phlebotomist came, done his thing, and even posted the sample off. Within two days I got my results with a supplemented letter from a doctor to help interpret them. It has given me clear actionable insights as to how I can improve my health. I will definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to do the same.

Longer than advertise results
Ordering, booking an apointment with the phlebotomist and the test arriving were all absolutely fine.
My issue came with the Royal mail tracking showing the lab recieved my blood sample the next morning after it was sent. It took them a further 8 days and two requests for updates to get my results to me.
So much for resutls in 2 days claim.
Marie from customer service was very helpful each time I contacted for an update.
The doctors notes do feel a little generic but I can understand this. It's simmilar with my GP. I was low in a few tests and for one I got a recommendation for what strength of supplments to take. But no recommentation on what strength of supplments to take for the others.

While we include a 24-hour tracked prepaid label to ensure samples are delivered to the lab promptly, unfortunately, delays with Royal Mail are beyond our control. Please know that we are actively exploring alternative courier services, but at the moment, Royal Mail is the only provider that meets the specific requirements for transporting medical samples.
Regarding the doctor’s notes, we understand your concerns. While our doctors cannot provide diagnoses, they aim to offer comments based on the results and the information available. For the supplement recommendations, we would be happy to follow up with the doctor to clarify or provide further details. A Mixed Experience with Lola Health’s Advanced 360 Test
I recently had the Advanced 360 test with Lola Health. While I was very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of the phlebotomy service, I left the experience feeling frustrated with the doctor’s report and the overall experience.
The report included explanations for certain markers that felt overly generic, despite the fact that my personal information was already available in my profile. A more tailored and sensitive approach, which considers the individual context provided by patients, would have been appreciated. This would ensure that discussions about potential causes and next steps feel more relevant and supportive.
Additionally, one part of the test arrived broken due to poor packaging. This was disappointing, as I have never had such an issue with other blood test providers. Better attention to packaging would prevent such occurrences and enhance the overall service quality.

Overall very good
Their website has a few imperfections - but the booking, phlebotomy, lab results and (especially) their interpretation were all good to excellent. Good communication throughout and the whole thing was done within the expected timescale.

First Class Service
I was super impressed initially by the website and how comprehensive it was but after going through things it was the price that pulled me in.
I have been using Medichecks up until now but I’ve noticed their cost has shot up significantly since last time I used them, so I didn’t hesitate to book my blood test with yourselves. As a bodybuilder, I like to ensure that my performance is optimised but also my long term health taken care of.
The convenience of having somebody come to my home to take the blood test is a really great idea and an appealing part of the process. My expectations were superseded by having the results back in a couple of days - overall, I’m a very happy customer and will definitely use you again - highly recommended!!!

Everything I expected and more
A fast, efficient, and stress-free service where a phlebotomist visited my home to collect my blood. By the end of the next day I received the results, accompanied by a comprehensive review and suggestions for improving any below-normal scores. The report was presented clearly, making it easy for me to use it when discussing any further issues with my GP. A really good experience
A really good experience – the kit arrived the next day, and the nurse was able to come on my requested day, and was really friendly and a mine of information. The results appeared on the app just over 24 hours later, with a comprehensive set of notes. Very good value for money, in my view.

Fast, efficient and easy service
A fast, efficient and stress free service where a nurse came and took my blood at home. I had the results in a few day with a very comprehensive review of the results with suggestions on how to improve any below normal scores. All presented very clearly so I can use this report when discussing any further issues with my GP. I will definitely use them for follow up checks and recommend the service to others.
