Years ago I purchased a Lola nail polish from M&S. I was so impressed with the nail polish - it was very hard wearing. Since it was no longer available in M&S I tried alternative makes but I kept going back to my Lola one, even adding some nail polish remover to thin it out. I then decided to Google Lola and was delighted to find I could order online.

Favourite Lipstick - free delivery
Didn't realise Lola was still available to buy in UK once M&S stopped selling, so have always bought in Spain. It was great when I found a UK website to buy one of my favourite lipsticks. Easy to purchase and delivery was really quick and free. I'll definitely use again.

Posibilidad de cambio de producto por color inadecuado
Hola, envié este correo el día 1 de octubre y no he recibido respuesta.
Acabo de recibir el pedido #LMUK191913 en mi domicilio y una vez abierto, veo que los polvos (Matte Silky finish pressed power) son demasiado claros para mi piel, y que el maquillaje (Balancing oil free liquid foundation SPF 15 B37-08) es demasiado oscuro.
Cómo se puede realizar un cambio?????

Brilliant lipstick, rich colour, creamy consistency and perfect matte finish. Originally I bought it from M and S but no longer available there. Tracked it down via Google. Quick response from the supplier/company. Free postage, helpful staff. What's not to like!

Amazing, long lasting, Vegan and it works !
First time I’ve bought from Lola and not disappointed. It’s Vegan and it works ! I’ve suffered with bleeding lipstick for years and tried many products but this is amazing, one application lasts way longer than my lipstick it’s really great. Good communication and quick delivery and reasonably priced. Very happy first time customer.

I purchased 2 make up brushes as I had…
I purchased 2 make up brushes as I had purchased 1 before and I was very pleased with it and hoped that these 2 new ones would be as good. I ordered a face powder brush and a lip brush. I am pleased with both but the lip brush could be better, the brush is on the small size and could be fuller . Not easy to get a good finish with it. Other than that I would recommend both.

Il Vs ordine è stato ricevuto il 17 febbraio 2021 alle 17:34.
È stato indi spedito il 18/2/2021 come può verificare dal numero di tracking Royal Mail RS804029678GB.
Ho appena controllato e il pacco è ancora alla dogana italiana come da link seguente: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/RS804029678GB
Abbiamo immediatamente aperto un ticket con Royal Mail dopo la Vs prima email del 22/3/2021, tuttavia non abbiamo avuto risposta.
Nei prossimi due giorni vedrò se riusciremo a trovare un'alternativa.
Tuttavia, se non troviamo un modo, invierò un altro set di prodotti tramite corriere. Senza alcun costo aggiuntivo.
Ad ogni modo, Vi chiediamo se gentilmente potete contattare la dogana Italia per poter risolvere il problema insieme.
