It only took a few minutes to collect my cake. It was perfect and very well packed and secured. The staff was polite, friendly and efficient

Amazing looking and tasting cake, as always. Easy ordering and collection from London Bridge station.

Picked up the Medium size Chocolate Caramel cake from London Bridge stations. Everything was great until I've received a paper bag to put the cake in, as soon as I left the shop the bag ripped/broke and the cake fell on the pavement. Unfortunately the cake was heathy and the bag wasn't resistant enough, I dont think cakes should be packed in the paper bags... this just doesn't make sense. I was very upset as this was a Baby Shower cake which got completely ruined. Didn't have time to go back as the taxi was waiting for me. Very disappointed.

Amazing service!! cupcakes was of course a hit, and free brownie with the sign up. The brownie was excellent by the way.

What made my day! It was my birthday, and I received a free birthday cake, which I got to share with my colleagues. I was so thankful! I rang your office to give my feedback. I have been spreading the word about your beautiful tasty products. Thank you Lola red velvet and carrot are my favourite flavours, and you never fail to deliver great cupcakes and the delicious brownies.

My only complaint was the email containing the order details revealed the gender of the gender reveal cake ! It was meant to remain secret until the cake was cut open!

The spring cupcake flavours were actually not great. There is too much going on - the garnish on top is overpowering, the cupcake centre has something inside which is just too sticky and sweet.
They were really disappointing.

I'm a regular vister when it comes to lola , me and my other half love the cupcakes. So for his birthday I got him a cake and he loved it . There always fresh and picking up cake was no problem. I will be getting my next cakes there from now on

I always order birthday cakes from Lola’s. They really are the best of the best cakes. I’ve never had any issues with Lola’s other than perfection every time. I have personally always collected my cake rather than had it delivered but I’m sure the delivery service is fantastic!

Rude and unprofessional staff at Lola's London Bridge stand. They claimed the payment for my order was declined whilst in fact my banking app showed the transaction went through successfully. I provided my card and account details so they could check that all was in order, but they wouldn't see reason and would not let me leave with my purchase until I paid for a second time which I refused to do. Eventually I had to leave without my order and had to then follow up with their head office to obtain a refund, as it turns out that indeed the payment went through successfully. The head office personnel needed to verify with the London Bridge staff that indeed my story was truthful before they could issue a refund. I felt I was treated like a thief first and then a liar. A lot of hassle for something so simple, the staff could have handled the situation a lot more effeciently and respectfully.

Amazing cake! I was looking for a nuts free tasty cake! All the kids enjoyed it - so tasty! Thank you!
