Antwoord van Lola's - Walthamstow
Hello Samir,
Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback.
Your comments have been noted. We do ask that the cake is allowed to come up to room temperature for a few hours after collection as our cakes are kept chilled after they have been prepared. This is to allow the cake to soften and the cake will be consumed at its best.
Please feel free to get in touch via email on hello@lolascupcakes.com if there is anything else we can help with.
Kind regards,
Will definitely be ordering next year

I love tiramisu so I ordered a cake for my birthday and unfortunately I was disappointed because it didn't taste like turamisu. from the description of the cake it was clear that it was supposed to be tiramisu and the name also , tasted strangely a little sour my husband picked it up an hour later because there was a delay which I was informed by phone and we cut it right away because I got birthday 12 , it should be fresh and taste like the description but it wasn't.

Hello,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
I am so sorry to hear your item did not taste fresh and did not taste of Tiramisu.
This does not reflect our usual standards at all so I would like to investigate a bit further.
I will be in touch shortly via email to discuss.
Best wishes,
Olima

Delicious and fresh!
I bought a vanilla birthday cake for my husband, I picked it up on Friday morning even though the cake wouldn’t be used until Saturday afternoon. I followed the instructions of keeping it refrigerated and when it came to eating it, it was super fresh and very tasty, I couldn’t believe it had maintained its just baked taste. The box it came in also had a really good temperature indicator, staff were pleasant. First time using Lola’s but would defuse them again. FAB
