After waiting a very long time for my item, with emails blaming the couriers ect... The item was nothing like the picture. I wanted to return & be refunded. They said it would cost £50 euros to return. Or they would offer a 10% refund discount & I keep the item. After emailing them with my frustration about how shoddy the company operates & said that I would report them to trading standards, they offered me a 20% refund discount & to keep the item. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

Avoid this company at all costs. Takes forever for the item to come. When it eventually arrives the quality is beyond poor. They offer you a £1.00 refund for a £65 item, and you can keep the item which is completely unwearable. HUGE SCAM.

Total SCAM. This company takes your orders and sends you something nothing like what you’ve ordered!! Total rip off. They then expect you to return the item at your cost, to CHINA when they have ripped you off by sending you something you didn’t order. Everything is fake and very poor quality. DO NOT USE THIS WEB SITE!!

After waiting so long for a pair of shoes (I'm still waiting) while receiving many pointless 'updates' via email I thought I'd check out the reviews for this sham of a company. I wish I did this before I ordered but I've learnt my lesson, hopefully others will now see these reviews and AVOID at all costs. £40 down the drain!

Avoid this company. The products are poorly made and look cheap and nothing like the images on the website.

The shirt I ordered took nearly too weeks to arrive, and as soon as saw it I knew it was rubbish. The website is totally misleading in terms of how the products actually look.

Even worse, no returns label.When I asked for one I got a very curt email saying it was my responsibility to return it at my cost - to China! Plus a warning that unless it was in perfect condition I would get NO refund at all. I would not trust this company at all. AVOID.

Do not order from these people. Wish I'd done my homework first. Takes ages to arrive and the item I ordered was absolutely rubbish - just fit for bin. Poor quality and certainly not worth the money. Look at rest of reviews and you'll get the full picture. Avoid at all costs.

Bought a coat which was possibly the worst quality for a “sheep skin” coat I have ever encountered.
Upon sending back and asking for a refund (A MONTH LATER) apparently the item has not been received.
Item was sent tracked via RM special delivery.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Took over 4 weeks to get a pair of shoes that looked like they were made of cardboard and completely the wrong size

Ordered 2 mens levi jerseys. Thought it was a uk supply but slow arriving from China. Unbranded poorly finished products arrived. Really shoddy stuff. Asked to return them and have a refund. Given an address in China to send them. They said they would only refund on return and would not pay the postage. Postage would cost £23 per item which is what one of them cost. Will stay well clear in future.

My husband bought a Cashmere jumper paid just under £40, it took over 3 weeks to arrive and when it did arrive what a load of rubbish, certainly not Cashmere and no labels! Doesn't fit and will cost £30 to return it to China! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS total scam!!!!

Do not order from this company!!! Spent around £40 on a hoodie from London elegance in a size L. Came almost a month later after being in transit for weeks. Tried it on and the material was very cheap and was way too small. It was meant to be an oversized hoodie and I did get it one size bigger than usual as well. Can’t even find a place to send this back for my money. Avoid at all costs!!!

Quality of a Jacket which I received was only fit recycling,certainly not to wear.

I ordered a skirt from London elegance on 18the February 2025. I have not yet received the parcel. It has been in transit since 24th Feb. I have reached out to the company but despite a polite update about parcel being in transit there is still no sign of it . Still waiting. Will not be ordering anymore goods from this company.

I ordered a medium cashmere jumper from this company without reading the reviews it cost £47.00. It took 3 weeks to arrive. The jumper would fit a 9 year old, it is a horrible itchy fabric. Not cashmere ! No labels and it is faded at the front. I have been sent a return address in China, I have sent pictures of the jumper with absence of labels and faded front. To the website address. No further communication. Don't order anything from this scam company !!!!

This is a scam company - They don't comply with their own terms and conditions. They take a long time to actually deliver anything and if you want to return it they tell you it'll cost you £30 to send it to China (where I am sure it inevitably never arrives). BEWARE and avoid at all costs.

Like pretty much everyone on here, I didn't realise the company was based in China. London Elegance is a pretty stupid name and as such I assumed they might not be UK based, but on their site the address registered is Ubrecht. As such I assumed I was in safe hands.

But then, after ordered a cardigan, the emails started. 'everything is going smooth with your order' I was told several times, even a month after ordering! I assumed I was never going to receive anything. I did get the item after 5/6 weeks but it was SO SMALL. I ordered XL, when I'm usually ok with L, but XL to be safe. I could barely get my arms in it. I'd need to be about 4 stone lighter to do the zip up.

Then they have the cheek to tell me I have to pay to return to China for a refund! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Unfortunately I fell into the trap of seeing a wool/ cashmere cardigan priced at £39.99.. after paying I realised I should’ve checked reviews and then emailed the company to cancel the order within a couple of hours of paying. They emailed to decline my request, saying it was too late ! And I needed to wait for the parcel to arrive then they’d email a refund request form.

Please don’t fall for it like I did! The cardigan doesn’t seem to be made of 100% wool, garment tag is written in Chinese - small other tag says pure new wool - perhaps it is made of a little wool and mainly polyester. Poor quality unfortunately which I’d imagine wouldn’t survive many washes.

They emailed telling me I’d need to return the package in excellent condition to China!!!
I’ll update reviews page to let you know the outcome - a lesson learnt! Please take my advice

Ordered orthopaedic slippers which took over 2 weeks to arrive and are not fit for purpose.
Return options are: pay 2/3 of the price to return to China ?! Or keep with a 10% refund. Not in line with UK selling or
Buyers rights.
Despite the name this is a Chinese company.
Avoid.

What a disgrace for a company or should I say back street sweat shop ordered a coat end of November last year unknown to me it was coming from china I honestly thought it was a London company the cost arrived end of December nothing like the size I ordered or the style I asked for the returns policy which I read knowing I had to cover the tracked returns cost 30 pound with royal mail I payed it as It wasn't any good 2 months later it is still stuck in there customs awaiting taxes to be paid for by me which wasn't even mentioned in there policy I've asked about this and basically there not bothered I have to pay a further 20 euros moral to this is please read reviews before attempting to purchase from these you won't get what you ordered and then your stuck with it DO NOT USE
