Well looks like I checked trustpilot too late. One order didn’t turn up at all and the large boxer shorts I ordered took 4 weeks and wouldn’t fit a child even though I followed their size guide. Chinese return address that will just be throwing more good money after bad.
I’ll just put this down to experience but don’t buy from them guys. 😡

I was about to complete my order on their very professional looking website, when I noticed a small but significant spelling error which got me googling if they were legit, and found these reviews here. Thank you to all who have dropped a warning. If you do not complete the order with them, you will start getting pressure emails from 'Sophie' in their support team offering you 10 and 15% discounts if I'll just complete the order. I did not, I'm still being emailed by them a week later, trying to get me to give them money.
TO REITERATE, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Absolutely scam.. don’t buy from this company! I had no visibility that this company shipped from China… items not as stated, not delivered… and I am now battling with PayPal to get my money back. PayPal have closed the three cases stating items delivered, yet they have not been delivered!
The one item I eventually received is total rubbish and going straight to a charity shop… might make a good dog or cat blanket!

My sweater took weeks to arrive! If it's cashmere, then I'm Dame Anna Wintour.

Do yourself a favour and don't ever buy anything from London Elegance! They're dishonest and a disgrace.

Two 'Levi' jumpers from London Elegance took nearly a month to arrive as dispatched from China... not London. The quality of jumpers are very bad and such a poor fit they are useless. They haven't even attempted to put Levi tags in jumpers either. Avoid

Terrible terrible service. This company doesn’t communicate on delivery timescales, takes a month to deliver 1 item, doesn’t provide compensation when items are delayed. A silent dealer with the quality of item worse than you’d find in a £pound store. Not often I have nothing nice to say about an online retailer. My advice? Steer clear with a barge pole! Spend your money with other retailers where you receive the goods before the fashion trends change. How disappointing

Complete Scam from China, company registered in Utrect not London either. Not cashmere and not Levi's as sold in ad for sweater. Google should not verify this company, have reported this to Google. Non existent customer service, expensive returns to China and returned goods get held up in customs, which they never collect. Avoid avoid avoid!

Jumper advertised as cashmere £57.90. Arrived after long delay. No labels (contravening UK law). Seems to have been sent from Unit 5, Trident Way, Southall UB3 5LF. I doubt it's cashmere. Very iffy. Avoid.

I wish I had investigated and read the reviews for London Elegance on Trust Pilot before I ordered some boots off this fraudulent company. I thought I was ordering from a London firm, I obviously made a huge mistake, silly me. The quality is really bad and the boots are not the right size. Has anyone ever received a refund from them ?

I wish I had looked at Trustpilot scores before ordering 2 cashmere sweaters. I doubt if they will ever arrive and if they do the quality/size doesn't sound at all good. I was seduced by the pictures on their website. Should have realised that the price was too good to be true. Chinese rubbish and no UK contact. Complete SCAM

What a waste of time and money. Spent 60 pounds on a linens men’s shirt that took ages to arrive then it didn’t even fit! Totally wrong sizing then informed that all returns are at customers cost with no labels or anything provided. Do not use this website!

I bought two pairs of shorts. Took weeks to arrive. I assumed from name of company they were London based . No reply from London number. Goods are from China. Eventually they arrived. Quality is appalling - very thin polyester rather than the thick cotton canvass in the picture. Very poor fit. Colour doesn’t match. They weren’t cheap either. Lol at the 20% off your next order offer they sent with the shorts - like as if !! Company is a a total scam! Harsh lesson in online shopping ☹️

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM. IT IS BASED IN CHINA NOT LONDON NOR UTRECHT AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN A PARCEL. THIS WAY THEY KEEP THE MONEY PAID FOR ITEM. THE GOODS ARE SHODDY. REPORT THEM FOR THEFT AND DECEPTION.

This company is fraudulent
I ordered I flying Jacket as I thought they were a London basses company, which they want you to believe, they are in China, the jacket turned up I was like a dog blanket not sheep skin and was so thin you could keep warm in the summer with it on let alone the winter.
STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM, THEY HAVE OFFERED ME £15.58 TO KEEP THE GOODS AS A WILL OF GOOD GESTER OF RETURN IT AND PAY £30 POSTAGE, YER RIGHT, THEY WOULD GET THE GOOD BACK AND NOT REFUND THE £77.90 I PAID. WHAT A SCAM. I HAVE RAISED THIS WITH PAYPALE, LETS SEE IF THEY LIVE UP TO THEIRE NAME AND GET ME A FULL REFUND.

There’s nothing london or elegant about it. Operate from China and Holland. Rubbish clothes. Almost impossible to get a refund. Want you to send to china at your expense £20 +
Liars and scammers. Get a card chargeback from your bank.

This company is a fraudulent company.
They do not respond to questions regarding orders paid for. They use standard script saying thank for shopping with us.
Not received my order placed a 3 weeks ago.
Can't get hold of anyone to resolve their issues. I gave them many chances, emailing saying if they didn't resolve issue, i'd report them, i got no response. Bank now investigating. Do NOT use this fraudulent company!!!!!!

Do not shop with this company - the name of the company is misleading as nothing to do with London or the UK. My mum bought some shoes from them - cheap and nasty from China. She returned them to the address on the packaging - a London address. Tracking says the shoes were returned on 30th December. They are refusing to refund my mum as they say they should have been returned to China. Terrible products and customer service. Avoid shopping here at all costs!

Wish I could give negative stars. Waited ages for jacket that was ridiculously small when delivered. Told to return to China at my expense or receive just 10%refund. Should have read reviews first eh!! Do not buy from this company
