I received my order which was too small and the material was really cheap looking. I asked about returning the item and getting a refund but they keep waffling . They said that they would refund me15% and I could keep the item.I said that’s not much good as it does not fit and I did notlike the material, it looked really cheap and flimsy.I said I wanted to return and get a refund. Then they said they would send me a replacement in another size for 30% of the cost of the item in order to cover shipping. I have reiterated several times I wanted to return and get a refund but all they do is waffle.I wish I had looked them up sooner. Judging by the other reviews I am not the only one who has been taken for a ride.

Ordered a green cotton dress, and it's actually a really nice dress My only problem is that it's a bit tight. In the UK medium usually means size 14, but this is 12 ish.
It arrived very creased so I rinsed it in cold water and hung it out to dry. Fingers crossed, it hasn't fallen apart yet.

This company is a complete scam. I am absolutely shocked. This is never happened to me before. A £40 denim jumpsuit made of 100% polyester?? honestly unbelievable. And from what I see in these reviews I’m never likely to get a refund from London Flare. I will do my best though. Though they demand it get sent back to China and there’s no way in hell I’m paying shipping to return a piece of garbage to China. Considering they’re called London flare when would hope they have a London or a UK based office to ship to. Do not buy from them under any circumstances.

Absolute scam of a website. The item I ordered is cheap and nasty and I totally different style and material than what was advertised but when you want a refund they want you to pay for the return label, proof of postage and shipping to CHINA!!!! Which costs over £50! I’ve initiated a refund with PayPal and wish I’d read these reviews before ordering! SCAM WEBSITE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Very disappointing, dress looked like it was cotton on their website unfortunately it is polyester, which is very hot to wear, looks a completely different dress too.
Didn’t realise that the dresses come from China, so not easy to return.

Have not even received my goods which I PAID for upfront 3 weeks ago!!!

Thank goodness for TRUSTPILOT. I always run fashion companies names through TP, and this company London Flare is obviously not in the UK - most likely Chinese. It’s very frustrating but I’ve learnt if something looks to good to be true… it most probably is.

I’m absolutely Disgusted- I have emailed 19 times and still no returns label . Unbelievable. Shocking customer service !! I want the mangers email address !! Sort it out

Scam- Avoid at all costs. Mum bought a swim suit. Terrible quality. Their website states a 30 day return policy but theres no process for the refund. When asking for the refund process and address they dispute it and instead ask for photos then ignore your emails. Illegal. No returns allowed. Just avoid - you will be scammed 100%

I purchased what looked like a beautiful dress sadly I didn’t read the reviews for this company, as the dress looked absolutely beautiful online. Apparently this dress was £60 reduced to approximately £36 but when it arrived today it’s the quality of the fabric is very poor quality and obviously very cheap. I’ve paid half of the price and received better than this cheap rubbish in the past. .
Their returns policy is antagonistic at best and now that I have requested to return, this company are offering me 15% refund (£5.40) otherwise I have to return it to a facility in China to receive a full refund, none of which is stated in their refund policy, so I will be taking this to my local trading standards department.

Latest update, I’m still receiving emails from this company. They still haven’t provided me with a return address. They’ve offered 30% refund and now 50% - I wish to return this cheap rubbish even if to china as a matter of principal.
I believe that they are stalling so that they can say that the 30day refund period has passed. It’s in the hands of trading standards now. Rip off Britain will be contacted too!!!
Whatever you do just avoid!!!

My item was not what the description said and not fit for wear. I requested a full refund and only offered 30% and at my cost to return garment to China! They will not respond to my emails now. I would never use them again...

So far I've had a positive experience with London Flare. Item received as ordered and good communication.
I am waiting for a refund and return instructions as the item didn't fit correctly. I was a little disappointed with the finish on it but that wouldn't have been a problem if the fit had been good.
Fingers crossed by return goes smoothly.

Basically shein products don’t buy!

As others have said, this is a scam, the jacket I received did not in any way resemble the item I brought via Pinterest. I wish I could kick myself for being such a numptie… at least I bought through PayPal so have opened a dispute to hopefully get my money back. I’m still waiting on a response from London-flare although that company name isn’t the same as the payee or the email address linked to their PayPal account… how may red flags!!

Sent them 38 emails asking for a return address!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Been scammed out of £100, s### company, DO NOT BUY from these scamming B#######!!!!!🤬

These company is a total scam!

1.they have no understanding of sizes. Large = Small UK size.
Another scam Chinese provider pretending to be a western retail store. fake websites and fake photos,AI models and clothes. Companies like this should be banned.
Unfortunate, there are too many of them about. Good Tip: Avoid getting sucked into great marketing from Pinterest most of them lead to crappy Chinese stores where you’ll get ripped off. A family friend just wasted £45 on a birthday gift for me. The so called LARGE jumper is big enough to fit my cat.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Iordered a dress that did not fit the description or sizing, it was 100% polyester, no label , their advertising looks great, but you don’t receive the garment advertised! And don’t even think about returning for a refund, you have to send it back to China at your own cost.

Do not buy from this site, I orders a size L oversize T-shirt at £32, what came was a T-shirt that wouldn’t fit a child, the label has been ripped out, they only offered a 15% partial refund, the scam , you can’t send it back as it’s china and the cost of return is on you. STAY AWAY , bad quality

First of all this company did not let me know that my order was coming from China. I ordered a dress. Under the consumer protection rules goods must be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. This item did not meet these standards. The stitching was coming loose from under the arm and to say the quality was poor is a understatement.The return policy is an insult even the address is not given. I advice anyone not to use London Flare……a real rip off.

Been waiting 13 days no communication from this company, no updates, no response... No goods.. Do not purchase from this company, wish I'd seen the reviews sooner.
