The service was excellent, Horst and prompt. I’d recommend Smiles to anyone.

I went for a consultation and was completely missold perfect straight teeth when my teeth were not that bad in the first place. They even pointed out more things that that I needed done and made me feel even more inscecure. They made out that the only braces that would give me a good result we’re lingual braces. Which didn’t work at all.

I ended up paying £7000 for two years of agony with lingual braces and my teeth are a tiny bit straighter (bottom teeth still crooked) which they denied and said they were fine. When they broke I couldn’t even get an appointment to get them fixed and ended up cutting the wire off myself with pliers to prevent cutting my mouth.

They told me they thought I had rich parents so I could afford to be ripped off. When In actual fact this whole experience left me broke and depressed.

I couldn’t even speak when I had the braces in and was never warned about this. Every time I tried to bring it up I was shut down.

I feel like they took my money and didn’t do their job. I will be taking this further because of the amount of stress and anxiety this has caused not to mention the damage to my teeth and bank account.

I’m looking to go elseware to get Invisalign since they didn’t do their job!

They have been the only dentist that I have regularly attended for quite a few years. Bad experiences with previous dentists,but acknowledging I need to look after my teeth, I chose and have stayed with them because they have been very sensitive to my paranoia about drills etc. Still doesn’t get any easier but they never make me feel stupid . A bit like childbirth, even the implant procedures I have had done has been a bit traumatic (probably me!) but the memories soon fade and my oldest implant is still going strong after seven years.

I can only review my specific dentist but I would definitely recommend Nicholas Byfield. He is friendly and approachable and made a fairly horrible process much more bearable. He was empathetic and really seemed to care.

I have been going to this dental practice for a few years now and I always get great service. Both from a check dental care perspective and a Hygienist/ general care perspective.

Fine but disappointed that they were short on equipment so I had to wait a while for a scale, and couldn't have a polish because there wasn't the right bit of kit available.

Friendly reception staff and great denstists and hygenists. I couldn't recommend the practice more highly.

everyone was really nice and welcoming and the hygienist i saw was lovely and did a great job! my teeth are clean, white and happy! would definitely go again.

I have been going London city smiles for 8 years and have complex dental issues. Clare is my main dentist and has been excellent, although I have also seen multiple other dentists at the practice all of whom have been kind and reassuring as well as highly skilled.
Nicole is my hygienist and is great.

Dr Claire Tiitton is the best dentist I’ve had. The receptionist Leonie is always amazingly helpful and friendly.

I could not recommend London city smiles any more. There customer service, efficiency and quality of professionalism is really great. In particular my dentist Nick, he is truly talented within his line of work. Since registering at the dentist in may, he has performed checkups X-rays, moulds, 3 fillings, temporary fillings, the fastest root canal ever (with his trusty assistant michaela who is also outstanding!) and created the perfect vaneer for my front tooth which I am thoroughly chuffed with! All of which have been completely pain free with no discomfort and I have been informed every step of the way with what has been happening throughout so I felt at ease. So a big thank you to the guys at London city smiles nick (dentist), michaela (dental nurse) and Cheryl (dental nurse) And I look forward to my next visit as I know it will be a breeze! Thank you for your time xx

Lovely practice, very friendly staff and very honest, feel like I can trust their opinions and advice.

I’ve always had trouble when it comes to visiting the Dentist & I’ve never been fully comfortable so before I visited London City Smiles I was nervous however all my reservations disappeared as soon as I met Dr Nick

He’s an incredible Dentist with a wonderful soothing Aura that put Me at ease straight away .. He clearly explained everything He was doing every step of the way

With every other Dental experience I’ve had the Dentist has always seemed to be more concerned with Me having as much work done as possible clearly putting finical gain over the most beneficial course of treatment for Me, This was 100% not the case with Dr Nick

He advised what tye best course of treatment would be and then gave me a number of options so I could chose what would work best for Me

I will 100% be keeping Dr Nick as My permanent Dentist and I can’t recommend Him highly enough

Excellent dental practice. The staff are very friendly.
The dentist (Dr Suleman Gillan) has a very relaxed and friendly "bedside manner". Unhurried. Happy to talk through procedures. Takes a preventative approach. Very skilled.
The hygienists (Irina & Ewie) are excellent and very thorough.
The practice has recently undergone major refurbishments and looks very modern and clean.
Would highly recommend.
