My partner proposed to me with a ring from here, and within 10 months the diamond had fallen out.

Thankfully I noticed and found it, but the whole experience has really knocked my confidence in wearing it. Instead of being my engagement ring that I wear every day, I now feel worried about putting it on in case the same thing happens again.

It’s actually got to the point where I haven’t even sent it back to be fixed yet, because I’m still unsure about wearing it again afterwards. That’s upsetting when it’s something that means so much to you.

It’s just a really sad situation, because something that should feel special and happy now comes with worry.

My ring is absolutely stunning and the sparkle on the diamond is way beyond what I could have imagined and the images cannot do this ring justice! I created it bespoke with custom clasps, hidden halo, I personally chose the diamond and birthstones in the band as an extra touch! James is knowledgable, approachable and I never felt pushed for an answer or sale!

Every part of the process was handled brilliantly, from ring sizing and choosing the style to selecting the stone size and clarity. Everything was explained clearly, and at no point did I feel pressured into buying anything.

The value for money for what I received is, in my opinion, second to none. The quality of the ring and the overall service exceeded my expectations, making the entire experience a genuine five-star one.

Buying an engagement ring is (hopefully) the first time for everyone. LDO make a process that can be daunting, nervy, and difficult as stress free and as simple as possible.

I got in touch with James and within a few days we have put together a beautiful bespoke ring which my partner absolutely loves.

I had a fairly small turn around time but that was not an issue for the team. The ring was ready and I collected in person within about 5 weeks. James explained what they had made in expert detail and I left knowing that the ring that would sit on my partners hand was not only beautifully made, but also had full protection if anything were to happen to it in the future.

I went in the beginning looking for advice and James wasn’t pushing for a sale just helped me understand what I should look out for which is why we went with London Diamonds. Cannot explain how much I appreciated his advice and the ring is more than what I could have expected.
