Awful customer service this time. On 2nd November I ordered a truffle for friends as a Christmas gift, to be delivered on 15th December. On the 18th it still hadn’t arrived so I contacted the company to check all was ok, only to be told that the truffle I ordered was not in season and I would need to order a different type for an additional £20. If I had been told about this earlier I would have swapped to the different type but no real attempt to contact me had been made (missed call from them on the date the truffle should have been delivered but no voicemail left and no email sent). The money I had paid had not been refunded. When I queried this I received no apology so I decided to cancel my order and I’ve purchased elsewhere and saved myself £20 into the bargain! Its a shame as I’ve bought two truffles previously and been very happy with them but I won’t be purchasing from them again.

My next day delivery order ordered 29march is still not here two weeks later

Awfull experience. I ordered a truffle for a value of £65.00 (shipping included) for my wife's birthday only to receive a truffle with no taste..!!! Imagine how disapointing is that..

The are so many other better suppliers out in the market- I would suggest you don't waste your money, time and hope with these scammers

Order 5504. Bad reviews get same reply, you didn’t order from us. So above is my order to prove. Yes I did order from London fine foods.
Cavier tasteless not the Ocietta that I have in London restaurants. They were dry when bitten into. The cheap supermarket cavier has more flavour.
Service dreadful cavier spoons were not packed in large box. They finally rang me back to say this happens a lot you’re not checking the box. Yet both Husband and I thoroughly checked for spoons and opener definitely were not there. They tried to make me feel like I was in the wrong. Not the packer. Do they really think people buying expensive caviar would try to steal 2 cheap spoons.
Never got them in time for news year day. I was then deliberately sent signed mail so had to go today a week later to post office. Even though I paid 9.95 for next day delivery. Put any future spoons and tin opener in a little box not just loose. Then perhaps they won’t go missing. Trying to get through to this company was awful. Will never buy anything from here again. Have yet to try the champagne.

Excellent service. I ordered eleven hampers during the pandemic and they all arrived in the right place, with the right contents, on the day expected. Customer service was first class too, as one extra order was accommodated after the official cut off due to exceptionally high demand. High quality goods and would definitely recommend, and use again.
