After returning from a late night…
After returning from a late night flight into Gatwick, I was made to wait over an hour on a pre booked taxi. I was offered a £13 refund and 10% off next booking Which is ridiculous considering g the inconvenience. The whole point of pre booking is so the driver can be there on time and roadworks etc should have been checked in advance . When I phoned I kept being told driver will be there in 10 minutes or he will be there in 15 min and this continued until.an hour had gone by he finally arrived at half past midnight. Needless to say this was a terrible experience to go through.

The driver Ahmed was extremely pleasant. He took back roads so that we did not have to sit in any traffic. The reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because he was not waiting for us by Costa as stated on London Radio Car's website and I had to call the office to find out where he was. However, the person I spoke to was like Ahmed very polite and friendly. I will definitely use this car service again.

A to Z of rubbishness
Driver had poor communication, booking was for 90mins after landing at Heathrow but showed up after 30mins. Booked an estate just so we can take extra luggage (3 big and 3 small as stated on their website) but the driver started complaining and said he was going to charge extra - didn't even help load the luggage!
Pay cheap you get cheap, won't use them again! You've been warned.

Truly Professional Taxi Service
Taxi collected me at the correct time and arrived at destination before the scheduled arrival time. Good quality cars used and a good driver too. I have used them on several occasions and they are the cheapest.
