I just wanted to Thank The London Safe Company for all there help yesterday especially as the installer was feeling poorly he did a fantastic job !! He was very helpful and very cheerful and very skilled with his job . I hope to do more business with you again !

Great service.
From start of enquiry, free survey visit and delivery and installation the team were really great.
Very knowledgeable, honest and professional.
Did not try and sell me the most expensive safe, just the one that they felt was best suited to my needs and budget,

I found the individuals at this company to be very knowledgeable. They spent time discussing my needs and accommodated an urgent installation for me, which was much appreciated. Installation itself was quick and clean and I am very happy with the professional service. Would definitely recommend.

We are very happy with the service provided. David and Sandro are extremely professional, friendly. and knowledgeable. They answered all our queries quickly. On the day of the installation, they arrived on time and installed the safe as discussed. They left the place clean and tidy.

If I could put 6 stars I would. The product and the customer service are the very best. Also I find the measure of a great company is their aftercare. Quite often with service providers once they have had your money they lose interest in the customer. Not London and Home Counties Safes, from sales to installation and aftercare a truly great service. Do not hesitate to use this little gem of a company.

In searching for help with a problem with another manufacturers safe I came across Davids videos on the Bloomsbury range he supplies. The in-depth information provided made me realise how lax I'd been when choosing my now useless safe and gave me confidence in choosing a replacement Bloomsbury size 2 digital model.
David provided help with the process, promptly returning calls to answer any further questions.
Ordering was straightforward, with delivery and installation within a week which was carried out cleanly and efficiently and with comprehensive guidance on use.
