⭐ Very Disappointing Experience – Product Not as Advertised

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with NexoraOutlet. I purchased a pair of sunglasses after seeing their advertisement on social media. The sunglasses shown in the advertisement looked beautiful and appeared to be of much higher quality than what I actually received.

Unfortunately, the product I received looked nothing like what was presented in the advertisement. The quality and overall appearance were extremely disappointing.

I contacted the company requesting a refund because the item was not as advertised. Instead of providing a satisfactory resolution, I was told that I would have to pay the return shipping and that a portion of my payment would be withheld.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that NexoraOutlet’s own published return policy states that an item may qualify for a return/refund when it does not match the description or photos on their website.

I tried to resolve this directly with the company before posting a negative review, but unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the resolution offered.

I am sharing my experience so that other consumers can make an informed decision before purchasing. Please look carefully at the return policy, save screenshots of the advertisements, and understand the return conditions before ordering.

Based on my personal experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

I wish I had researched this StoreNexora.com before I ordered. Please if you are reading this DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and order from this company. They say you will receive Nexora brand, but instead it is a pure bait and switch and you get some BS brand "docteat". brand. I'm sure they are no different than the gummies you can order on Amazon for $29 US . They will not refund my money even though their guarantee says:

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing items, you must report the issue within 14 days of your delivery date. Please send us your order number, photos of what you received, and a description of the issue. Reports submitted after 14 days of confirmed delivery will not be eligible for any resolution, as the order will be considered received in full and without issue.

Their guarantee is pure BS, they will not refund my money as they say they are in the process of a changeover and they have not updated their website photos to match what you actually get and the "docteat" brand is the same product as "Nexora" brand; Pure BS and bait and switch!

You re not ordering from a US or UK based company, this is all based in China and that is also where the gummies are made according tot he packaging on the "docteat" brand gummies I received.

I wish I could upload the photo of what I received so you can see the pure fraud of this website!

È un sito truffa. Completato l'acquisto mandano la mail di conferma acquisto e subito il tracking della spedizione che però è fasullo. Quando li contatti dicono che hanno problemi con i tracking ma non è vero. la merce non arriverà mai.

I'm writing this in case anyone, like me, purchased an item from this company only to discover afterwards that they are a scam.

I did end up getting my money back, here is how;

5 days after ordering a pair of Air Jordans I sent an email to enquire if the item had been sent since I had heard nothing from them. They replied at 11.30 at night UK time, my first red flag considering the company was supposedly based in France and would operate in office hours.

A few days later I received a tracking code stating that the item had been posted from China. My second red flag was enough for me to do what I should have done in the first place and deep dive the company; multiple reports of fake items and a scam website. I contacted my bank (Barclays) straight away. I had paid by Debit card so did not have the option to chargeback. Barclays took ages to get back to me.

In the meantime I contacted the company to try and cancel my order and confirm I could return it. They refused to cancel the order and stated that I could "request a return once it had arrived". They have a note in their returns policy that you cannot return shoes or discounted items so I wanted some insurance (they seem to have caught a few people out with this). Despite knowing the company was a scam at this point I was pretending that I was annoyed at the delay in the hope they might let me return the fake items.

I voiced my concern that they seemed unwilling to confirm that I could return the item and they sent a very unprofessional email essentially saying "you can't return an item you haven't received". They were very insistent I not return the item to sender and that I not refuse the item from the courier. Red flag number three.

The shoes came a few weeks later. I'm sure an expert would have recognised them as fakes straight away but, had I not have been suspicious, I would have been completely convinced. I am a complete novice so that isn't saying much tbh but they are good fakes...but still fake.

I used a couple of free guides for spotting fakes on authentication websites. These confirmed that, despite Nike having factories in Vietnam and China, these particular shoes where only made in Chinese factories. Mine said 'made in Vietnam'. There are other signs but this was essentially proof.

I contacted my bank for a third time and they finally sent me a letter for submitting evidence. I sent them an email asking what would constitute as appropriate evidence as well as the information I had found about factories, some pictures and a couple of links to these free guides on Legitcheck and Legitapp.

They reimbursed me the next day. I don't know if the bank covered it or if they took the money back off this scam website.

I get the impression that trying to return or refund these items with the company would probably have just resulted in me spending more money on shipping etc

Chargeback if you can. Otherwise contact your bank asap.

I was admittedly quite lucky that it was easy to prove my items where fake but confirm with your bank what will constitute as sufficient evidence, there are plenty of companies that verify fakes for you. Legitapp has good reviews. Legitcheck doesn't use AI but is more expensive. Deal with your bank, remember that you use banks to protect you (and your money) from this exact situation. Don't try to return counterfeit (illegal) items, a scammer won't give you your money back.

And of course, if you haven't already, don't buy from this website.

I’d rate this as less than 1 if I could. Ordered item, website said “shipped and delivered within 48 hours” - nothing turned up. Contacted the company who said items would be shipped “within 48 working hours” - and then delivered within 5-10 days after that. Asked to cancel my order as it hadn’t been shipped and they refused. After a number of emails they point blank refused to refund despite the item not having been shipped over 2 weeks later. I threatened to raise a dispute with my bank and they said it would be against their terms and conditions to do that!! So I’ve obviously raised a dispute with my bank. Miraculously I got a tracking notification after the dispute was raised, but still no sign of the goods two weeks after being shipped and a whole month after the order was placed. Absolute scammers!!

Edit to add, item eventually turned up five weeks after being ordered and is clearly a fake.

I have placed an order with this company and now can’t track my order. Think it might be a scam site. Should have read trustpilot before I placed my order. Not a happy person.

Do not order from these. They lie about a free t-shirt. They have no intention of sending out a 'free tshirt' with the order. The sizes are all wrong. It's all shipped from China. Communication is terrible. I've started a dispute with my bank!

If you have come across this message to late, hopefully you have paid with your credit card so you can do a charge back. The orders they are sending out might state one size, but they are incorrect. Also the material they claim to be used is another lie, these are Chinas own Polyester. The item is NOT as described. Claim your money back via your credit card as due to the dogey sizes the item is classed as defective. This means the seller is automatically responsible for return shipping costs. If they refuse to respond, it's irrevlant as it's the evidence the bank needs to show that you are trying your end to resolve the issue. Someone obviously thought they were being very clever setting up this silly little scam, but not clever enough if you know what your doing to get your money back..

These exact same hoodies go on Temu for a fraction of the price, and the difference is Temu doesn't lie about a free t-shirt. They also lie about the materials used,which is excellent because it's all the bank needs to claim in your favour.

I hate scammers

People like this count on you not claiming for a refund...

So like I have, please go through the bank and claim for a charge back as these items are Defective!
