I recently purchased a fabulous hat from London Ski Co., and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service I received. The hat itself is of incredible quality. However, what truly set this experience apart was the outstanding customer service.

A lovely gentleman at the shop went above and beyond to ensure I received my order on time for an upcoming trip. He kept me informed every step of the way, providing updates on the tracking and making sure everything was sorted.

I highly recommend London Ski Co. for anyone looking for top-notch winter gear and exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning for future purchases!

The company has been great - speedy delivery, quality item and easy returns. However, my concern is that the website states that sale items can only receive a refund in the form of a voucher or store credit. I purchased a ski jacket in the sale and was unaware of this returns policy. The jacket did not fit and I had to source one elsewhere in time for going away. A voucher/ store credit would therefore be no use to me now. That said, the law states sale items have the same rights as those bought at full price - see the government website on returns and refunds. This means the London Ski website is rather misleading and it requires ones due diligence to request a refund. To be fair to London Ski, once I emailed them with this information, they actioned a full refund immediately. Thank you London Ski. But I have knocked down the stars as they have not amended the misleading information on their website (I will happily give more stars as and when the website is undated!)

No delivery. Poor reaponsiveness from customer service. Still not resolved.

Having visited The London Ski Company stores in Chelsea and Mayfair I decided to place an online order. I made a mistake with the order but it was resolved really quickly with a friendly e-mail from Joe. Fantastic range of quality ski wear and great customer service. I would highly recommend.

Terrible customer service and extremely poor communication.
I purchased a pair of ski mittens online and paid extra for next day delivery.
Despite receiving email confirmation of my order (and funds leaving my credit card) immediately, the mittens were not shipped and there was no explanation as to why from LondonskiCo.
After days of my emails and what apps going unanswered, they eventually came back to me saying the transaction had been flagged as suspicious and that’s why the mittens had not been shipped. (But why no immediate email to clarify and why take my money?)
They then offered to ship next day… five days later and more unanswered what’s apps, I’ve now finally received and email saying the mittens are now out of stock!

The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating, especially as I’ve now missed the delivery window to order the mittens from another merchant, in time for my upcoming ski trip!!

I would avoid buying anything from londonskico in future!

Sadly had to return a beautiful jumper as it was too big. After a bit of confusion on my part and through emails the return process was in fact very easy straightforward and they provided great customer service and patience with myself!

I tried to get a ski shop in Colorado to send me the turtleneck that I fell in love with. They would not take my credit card info over the phone and the turtleneck wasn’t on their website, so I went searching! Found it at London Ski Co and not only did I have it in 4 days, I saved money by shopping internationally! Will check with London Ski Co from now on, before shopping internationally the States!
