Informed that my order is on its way, however when I click on the Yodel tracking, it tell me that it’s status is booked and that it will be with me by 15 November-so not even next week, which is hardly on its way, is it?…..

Hi there, Thank you for your review. As you know the order was delivered yesterday, 4 business days after your purchase (within the time frame selected at the time the order was made). We apologise the transparency from Yodel was not clearer in terms of letting you know when you could expect to receive your item; however as we mentioned on email to you as a courier they are experiencing delivery delays due to driver shortages, unfortunately this is out of our control. We have taken steps to use a more reliable and transparent courier going forward so you will not experience this again - however we are pleased the item was delivered on time :)

I ordered a ski jacket and sweater for my husband. I live in Canada so the items were being shipped from the UK to Canada.
The communication from London Ski Co. with respect to our order was excellent and the shipping was fast. The items were exactly as described. We were so impressed by our experience that we are going to look for new ski jackets for our daughters from London Ski Co as well.

Arrived fast & return was easy
The jacket I ordered arrived fast and was lovely. Sadly it didn’t suit me so I had to return it. No problems with this either. I will definitely buy from this company again.
