My technician was brilliant and it was all very professional but I would add a little more info to the description of where to find the clinic. If you simply say, to the left of Starbucks as you enter from the South, that would help. And for those attending on the weekend a description of needing to be let into the foyer would also be helpful. Otherwise it was all very good indeed. Thank you.

We received a great service at LVC High Street Kensington. The experience was very positive in all sense: dedicated time, complete answers to many questions, focus on practical solutions. The nurse was ultra professional and with lot of precious experience.

The staff is great, very informative and friendly. However, their London Bridge place is hard to find because the doors to the building are locked and there are no signs that the clinic is in there. Also, there is no reception area so you can't tell anyone you've arrived. You're only instructed (via signs) to find the room and then to wait outside. Oftentimes appointments run late so you're left wondering whether you're even in the right place and if they even know you're coming. It's a confusing way to go about things. Other than that I have no complaints.

Amazing experience, Holly was lovely, kind, and very welcoming. This was the ONLY clinic in London that had whooping cough vaccines available for non-pregnant people (and one of two in the UK), which I desperately needed for travel! Cannot recommend enough.

Good sound advice about my upcoming trip to Bali. I went to the Mayfair branch and I had good honest advice on the vaccinations I would need and the risks involved.

I was traveling abroad and became in need of post exposure rabies vaccine. I was able to easily make an appointment with LVC that fit with my travel schedule that had me in London on the day one of the injections was scheduled. The team (Victoria) was very responsive and helpful in making arrangements. The fees were also quite reasonable. A brilliant clinic filling an important role for people in need.

Easy to book as plenty of availability. Straight forward and received a quick but though assessment. Not the cheapest option but felt the price was reflected in the service
