Lovely staff and brilliant customer service!

In a world where everyone claims that their company is efficient and value for money it’s really nice to deal with a company that actually is those things. Booked dismantle and removal of an old broken bed on the very well designed website, pricing was there to see as I made my booking and I could pay a booking fee rather than the whole amount upfront if I wanted to. Got a confirmation email a day or so later confirming my order had been received. On the day the dismantle and removal itself happened in a few minutes, zero disruption by a very nice and professional man. I will not hesitate to use this company again and I will be recommending them to friends and family who are in need of their services.

In a city where it can be so difficult to find a good, efficient and well priced service, these guys are a God send. Efficient, flexible, easy to communicate with, a pleasure to encounter.

I'll be using LWS for absolutely all of my future junk removal needs as I don't believe any individual or service has ever made it this seamless for me.

We hired london waste services to clear out my parents 2 bed flat as they moved into sheltered accommodation. Sonny and Chris were brilliant. Friendly, helpful and efficient.

Used this company to remove a couple of pieces of old furniture ahead of a house re-decoration. They were transparent with the pricing and the service was quick and efficient. Would use them again.

Can’t thank Bobby & Sonny enough for their effort this morning. Arrived on time, polite and very professional. Cleared a fallen down tree in the garden and left it spotless. Interacted with my son and very friendly.

The guys did a good job overall. They forgot to call me enroute so they waited a little for me to arrive. It was a warm day and we have a lot of stairs so they found the work tough. Did a good job but it took a long time as one chap struggled with fitness a bit.

Its an excellent service everytime i use London Waste Services, they are always on time, punctual and very polite. I like the effort they put into making sure its clean and tidy and making sure i am happy with all aspects of whats going on.

I can not recommend London waste enough. They were such professionals and very hard working. Nothing was too much for them and made the job very easy. The whole experience went ahead very smoothly without any problems. highly recommended

I found this company on the website, and called them, Peter who i spoke to was very polite and helpful in my time of urgent need and the price was very reasonable too, he was attentive to what I needed and said that all this could be arranged for the date that I wanted.

The guys who came were equally as polite and courteous and did exactly as I had required, they were friendly, personable, polite and professional they were quick and efficient and was done within 15 mins.

I would recommend this company to my family, friends and neighbours and would definitely use them again!

Hello everyone! I'd like to say that in personal experience,I worked with them 4 times and the first 3 times everything was fine,the 4th time however they charged me with the double of the original price for the same amount of garbage like it was the other times, so I would not really recommend this company.

Marvellous! Called yesterday afternoon as I needed my old leather suite out of here and two chaps came today to pick that up and an old fridge. To my utter astonishment one of the guys picked up the Chesterfield settee ON HIS OWN and walked off down the path with it over his shoulder. The two man team were exceptionally polite (covid restrictions were obeyed) and tried to refuse a bit of extra cash as a tip but I insisted for a job well done. I highly recommend this company.

Prepaid in advance and booked a week ahead of the sofa removal. As it wasn't possible for them to give me an alloted time on the date I chose,which I had been advised was the case in the confirmation email, I double checked on the day everything was going ahead via their WhatsApp (with a new sofa coming the next day there wouldn't have been the space). Immediate response to say all good and they'd let me know when they were on their way. Large corner sofa bed dismantled and removed within 30 minutes. Excellent service and would recommend, especially if you are on a tight time frame and can't wait or shift the item outside for a council removal.
