The before and after support has been seamless, and I always felt like I was in great hands.

Great clinic and an amazing team. Everything was very well organized — from the driver who was always on time and waiting at our door to the translators & to the team inside the clinic, the surgeons, and the doctors. My experience was fantastic. All communication took place via WhatsApp, and I was able to communicate in my native language. Just finished my hair transplant at Long Hair Center in Turkey, and it was super smooth and easy. They picked me up from the airport and took me to the hotel, then the next day to the clinic. I had a consultation with Dr. Ahmad and the team, and he explained I’d need two sessions. The first one focused on my front hairline with 6,000 grafts. Today is my 3rd day post-transplant, and I’m excited to see the results. I’ll keep you all updated!

I can say that I have totally nothing to complain about . Everything was good organized. It was all professional. I 100% recommend the LHC.

From the first consultation to the post-surgery check-up, the service was outstanding. I had my procedure on May 10th, 2025, with around 5,000 grafts implanted. Nearly three months in, I’m already seeing encouraging results. The more noticeable growth typically appears around six months after surgery, once the shock shedding phase has passed.

The instructions provided are clear and easy to follow, and you will be assisted by staff members who are proficient in English throughout each stage of the process. During the initial consultation, you will undergo a preliminary evaluation, which includes a review of medical history. Prior to surgery, a comprehensive preoperative assessment will be conducted, including vital signs monitoring (e.g., blood pressure) and laboratory investigations such as blood tests.

The package includes the surgical procedure itself, as well as transportation between the airport, hotel, and clinic. You may wish to bring additional funds and extra luggage space should you be interested in purchasing the post-transplant kit, which includes topical products and other items designed to support follicle growth.

The duration of the surgery varies depending on the number of grafts to be implanted; however, the procedure typically takes approximately eight hours. If you experience anxiety or discomfort related to needles during the administration of local anesthesia, please inform the medical staff in advance. Similarly, should the numbing effect diminish during the implantation process, additional anesthesia will be administered as needed.

My implantation was performed using the Direct Hair Implantation (DHI) method, and I experienced no postoperative pain. You are provided with a prescribed medication regimen for the first ten days following surgery, which includes antibiotics, anti-inflammatory agents, blood circulation enhancers, gastroprotective medications, and painkillers (optional). It’s crucial to protect the implanted grafts from any physical pressure during the first ten days after surgery. That’s why you’ll be given a neck pillow to help you rest comfortably without compromising the treated area.

Although there is a substantial amount of information to absorb, rest assured that comprehensive information packages and leaflets are provided, covering all essential details for both the preoperative and postoperative phases.

My experience with Long Hair Center in Istanbul, Turkey, has been truly fantastic! Three months ago (April 2025), I had a hair transplant, and from my very first contact, their communication was excellent, providing all the information needed for an informed decision. Overall, my experience with Long Hair Center has been overwhelmingly positive, and I highly recommend them! I'm so glad I chose them!

The LHC team was incredibly helpful with transportation in Istanbul, even a week before my procedure - THANK YOU!. The professional service has been outstanding throughout, and continues to be, even now. They've consistently checked on my progress monthly and are always available to answer questions, which is something I've appreciated very much.

On transplant day, I was picked up promptly. At the clinic, they meticulously explained every step. I felt genuinely cared for and received individualized attention. Language was never a problem. The doctor I met with was super nice and attentive, and I followed his hairline design suggestions. He even checked on my progress during the procedure, a pleasant surprise. The technicians were clearly experts.

Harvesting and implant sessions each took about 3.5 hours, with 3900 grafts for my Norwood 2-3. I never felt rushed or like just another number. I did purchase the LHC supplements kit, which was offered during the first wash. I trusted them with the procedure, I figured I'd trust their products too!

The hotel I stayed at (the G Hotel) was perfectly fine. It was a classy business-type hotel. Its proximity to restaurants and the subway was a huge plus.

A few suggestions:
* Be aware of the long, specific positions during the procedure. Consider asking for a neck pillow for comfort during harvesting.
* Bring earbuds to listen to music or a book.
* I'd skip lunch during the procedure to get it done faster.
* If you can, explore Turkey before the surgery! It's an amazing place.
* If you're concerned about how you'll look post-op, ask LHC about bucket hats. I talked to people at the airport who just had a transplant wearing them.
* Learn about the anesthesia process, because depending on your pain tolerance, it could hurt a bit.
* Most importantly, relax and trust the process. I was nervous initially, but after three months, I'm thrilled to start seeing significant growth, and implants are starting to blend with the rest of my hair!

I have just returned from Istanbul where I had a hair transplant at the long hair center The reason I chose them was because I have a chain of barber shops and recently I have noticed a lot of people coming back from Turkey with the transplant. I am based in Australia. Over the last month two people had come in from the long hair center after having their procedure and I thought it looked amazing so I decided to contact them. They were so professional and handled everything in a very timely fashion and we're very transparent and responsive to text and phone calls from the minute I landed at the airport to the journey home. Everything went perfectly. I even had time to get a dental procedure done which involved a deep clean and whitening which I am very very happy with. All in all I cannot recommend these guys enough. I was a little bit nervous as I thought it could be painful, but I actually fell asleep most of the procedure. It was very relaxing and would recommend anybody to get it done. I cannot think how another company out there could do it any better. I had my hair transplant at LHC in Istanbul about a month ago…. Their medical consultant KÜBRA guided me from the start and explained each and every doubt I had about the surgery…. The staff at the center were very friendly and polite and made sure I was comfortable throughout the time I spent there.. Doctors who did my surgery were professionals and conducted the whole procedure very smoothly without causing any pain… It was a complete painless!

It’s been about a month and a half and they are still in contact with me, helping me with my doubts and things I have to do to take care of my hair….
