Took forever to ger my order and teacking the order wasnt pissible for some reason so i had to continually check with company for any information. Finally package arrives and its the wrong product. 6 boes of wring product! Multiple days and multiple emails to verify proof to them and i get a final email offering only 30% refund. Not only Was shipping forever then to get wrong product and hassled to show proof of what i ordered vs. what i received and given only 30 % refund which i havent seen yet but the product i did get ive tried it since i paid for it and it doesnt even work. So save your money and your sanity and don't order from this place.

They took my money and never sent my order even after I contacted the seller, sent me a fake tracking number for the postal service, RUN if you are even considering buying

The tape did not stick, making the product useless. I tried two different boxes, thinking maybe just one box was defective. No, neither stuck at all.
When I asked for a refund, they said they don’t give refunds once delivered products, despite it being defective.

Hi, I already disappointed. Because I paid for 1 box so the total was $23,99 but the company charged me 32.30 in a second. I have no idea why. Check very good before you buy anything.

They offer 180 day money back guarantee no questions asked, but do not honor it. After several back and forth emails I am having Amex dispute the charge. Also they claim to have 4.9 stars with Trustpilot which is a lie.

I have had over $100 withdrawn from my account that was never authorised and they have sent it to an address that I haven't lived in for years and never provided them with! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

I don't like when the "reviews" are not listed!! That's a HUGE deterrent to purchasing!!!

So far not good. Lonqi claims a 4.9 rating on Trustpilot, but when I checked it out there were no reviews and no rating. I've contacted Lonqi, so far no response. Hope for some clarification.
