Lookupvacations Reviews

Juan Ramirez is an excellent Customer Service Representative. He is very knowledgeable and courteous.

James has helped us with a variety of tickets and has done a wonderful job. He is always polite on the telephone. He works very hard in getting us what we need and the best price. We have enjoyed doing business with James and his company. Thank you!

Lookup Vacations and Jim are the best, they provided me the super saver discounted offer that i could not refuse. Customer Service by Jim is the best.
I would definitely recommend Lookup Vacations and Jim.

Gracias

Kenneth has been very helpful with booking all of my fall vacations. I booked through this company and saved big time! I will return again and again in the future.

I am so happy that I found this company! I was skeptical at first since it was a new service for me and I travel a lot but it has been a wonderful. I work with James and trust him so much with our personal trips that we know use him for our business trips as well. We haves used them for our CEO, our VP of Marketing and never had one issue. He has not only provided high customer service but James has saved us thousands of dollars as airline costs have risen so much over the past few months. We have also used him for our family of 6 to book a cruise and no issues whatsoever. James has helped me find last minute trips far lower than I could find on my own - and I check every time. He has helped my daughter get home from college and never has let us down - not once. Save money, get better flights - use James!

Kenneth helped us get our tickets to El Salvador. Flights were much cheaper than booking on the actual airline site. No pressure from him. He held our tickets for 24 hours and allowed us to call him back the next day after we were able to search around for cheaper flights. This is a legit service that they offer here and i wont have any hesitation on going back to them on my next travels. Kenneth and his team ROCKS!!!!

This is the best place to book your tickets. I have booked about 10 tickets with this agency in the last month. The customer service agent James is the best best best one. I highly recommend booking your flights directly with him.
