Under cabinet LED lighting
The various lengths of under cabinet LED lights are not supplied with a power lead, the item description is misleading so easy to assume the power lead is included. The power connection is special so cannot be obtained from any other supplier, T4 and T5 connectors do not fit. The company does supply the lead separately at a price of £9.45! this makes the product very much overpriced.....other suppliers on the web provide a power lead with their product.
Why is B+Q using this 3rd rate supplier??
Shockingly Absurd & Despicable
12 days after a purchase and still nothing..
No proof of postage, no tracking info, no delivery, no clarification & I'm now being ignored.
Timeline:
Oct 4th - Date of Purchase
Purchase made via eBay.
Item was then dispatched without tracking.
Oct 9th - Notice
Notified "loops direct" that the item hasn't been received.
Oct 14th -
Company representative, Emma, agreed to "resend item and provide tracking" later that day.
Oct 15 -
Notified the company that no tracking info or proof of postage was sent, as agreed the previous day.
Oct 16 -
Still nothing, no update; not even a reply.
Scam artists
Said they'd sent the items when then hadn't, then they sent almost £500 worth of items to wrong address, wouldn't fix this. Finally managed to get hold of the items myself, returned them, and they've not refunded me. A terrible experience, waste of time, and 6 weeks later I'm almost £500 out of pocket still. Don't ever buy from them unless you want to be scammed. When I told them about their reviews on Trust Pilot they said it was one disgruntled customer. Well - I'm not the same person as the other reviews so they clearly have form! AVOID!
TV bracket fixing kit
Ordered the TV bracket fixing kit on Sunday 22nd Sept and the kit arrived on Thursday 26th Sept. Really fast delivery by Royal Mail and got email on Monday 23rf Sept saying order was been dispatched. Really pleased.

I attempted to order a ceiling lamp…
I attempted to order a ceiling lamp from your b and q website and after paying the sum, was instructed by b and q and loopsdirect that unfortunately, it wasn't in stock. It needed to be shipped from Europe to me if I was to continue or request a refund.
I accepted to remain in contract because my client wanted the light. It was due to be shipped to my clients home as per order details. My client lives in Dover and I (the electrician) live in Whitstable (25 miles apart).
I received a delivery date which was to be delivered two weeks after placing the order. I was happy with this as my client wanted the light.
The day of the delivery, I expected the delivery to be made. I never received any information from UPS to tell me that the delivery was unsuccessful.
I made my way to my clients the following day to find the delivery hadn't been made nor had they attempted to deliver to Dover.
I called UPS after using the tracking details to discover they had actually attempted to deliver to Whitstable. When I spoke to them, I discovered that the only delivery address they had was just the word 'Whitstable' with no road name or door number. UPS stated that they had been given am incomplete delivery address and to call the supplier. I updated the delivery address with UPS. This phone call was approximately 30 mins.
I called loopsdirect and they told me that they don't use UPS as a delivery partner and they don't know anything about this delivery. Only that the information that they have on their system was the delivery was to be made in Dover.
I called B and Q, spoke to customer services about UPS blaming the supplier for not giving them the correct delivery details, she said she could see where the problem might lay with the bill payers address etc but then continued to ask if I could update the address of the delivery. I was expecting an apology. I asked her if I could cancel my order, get the thing shipped back to Germany and I'll reorder again, wasting their time and money. She didn't apologise for the inconvenience this has caused or never attempted to stop me cancelling my order etc. Didn't even care in the slightest how this has wasted my time or money. I asked for an apology explaining that this would be better if someone accepts they've made a mistake for which she then apologised.
I wasted 1.5 hours driving 50 miles traveling to the job. Plus my time on the phone trying to sort the problem out. I don't get it. The address for delivery was right on the receipt email. No empathy, no help from B and Q customer services at all and everyone blaming someone else. I think this is what happens when too many people are involved with your product. If it's not in stock, don't sell it!
I won't be using you for delivery again. Seems like orders from China are a lot more reliable than ordering from yourselves.

I had to chase up several times to get my returns label, then when i final got it and returned it i didn't get a refund for over a week so i chased them up... they said they would process within 7 days and now its almost 2 weeks and im chasing up my money again (over £50)... all in all the return process has taken almost 6 weeks and i still don't have my refund!!! stay away, shocking service and they are trying to do what they can not to provide me with a refund... next steps in contacting my bank... what a lot if hassle!!... wish id check the rating on Turstpilot first!!!
Correct part and worked, good value
The correct part arrived and although late that was probably due to Easter and Royal Mail, whose tracking service was awful too.
The part worked, so my experience is fine, good price. Of course I have not had to do a return or contact them.
False Advertising & No Refund

Ordered something from B&Q Marketplace from Loops Direct, two items were in the photo and the pricing was also expensive enough to be two items yet only one had shown up. Contacted them through the marketplace, hears nothing. Contacted them through Facebook Messenger, also nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRENDOUS COMPANY as you get scammed and can't get your money back.
