Ordered a dress a few weeks ago. Thought I was scammed when it hadn't arrived within 2 weeks. Contacted customer service got a response. Dress arrived today was very impressed with the quality. Definitely not what I expected after seeing the reviews but I'm definitely happy.

Images on website are not what you will receive. Cheap copies sent from China which will take weeks to arrive and will cost a fortune to return. Complete scam!

Would give 0 stars if I could. The images they use are not of the items you will receive. Material is cheap, dresses are poorly made. 15% refund or return at a cost of £35. They are scammers.. Avoid..Avoid.

It’s a scam website. Clothing photos are fake, took weeks to arrive and the quality is soooooo bad and they won’t refund 🙃 my own fault for not checking the reviews here first!!! Won’t make that mistake again. Thats £40 I’m never getting back clearly 🤣

Don’t order from this place, I’ve never got a confirmation of the order neither a tracking number. You can not get in touch with them , so definitely a Scam.

I ordered a dress on 18/11/2024. It's now 12/12/24 and it's still not here. It's been over three weeks. I contacted their customer service to be told it could take up to 18 days to arrive. It's well over that time and I've emailed again to follow up but heard nothing back this time. The tracking is limited and I don't even know if it's close to being delivered or not. This will be the first and last time I order from this company. Extremely poor delivery and customer service. Also ironic for a company with London in their title that the parcel appears to be coming from somewhere in China. If I'd known it was going to be shipped from somewhere so far away I'd have avoided.

Order nothing like picture, material shiny and cheap, looks like halloween costume quality, paid £37 and was told it would cost me £30-35 to return it by myself. Absolute sham of a company don't buy!

Scam !!!! Ordered a dress on the 11th of november with money taken from my account and order conformation email .after 2 weeks no emails or conformation on tracking i sent emails to there customer service with no responce after requesting a refund over 4 weeks later no dress or redund .£50.00 ill never be seeing again dont order sham of a company

Unfortunately I can’t give a zero! No order delivered, no contact whatsoever so ever. SCAM!!!! Do not buy.

Tried requesting a refund but they decide not to respond meaning I couldn’t send back my items to get my money back. Scam of a website.

Took way too long for delivery, I ordered an XL and received the wrong size (Large). Hoodie felt very cheap, not worth it. I ordered product on the 7th of September, on the 21st I still hadn’t received it and sent an email and to be fair I received a response the next day. Just for feedback I would suggest some form of tracking for customers.

Still have not received the item. It has been 16 working days since purchasing the item. The communication has been poor. Despite paying for insurance my request for a refund has been denied.

Can’t get hold of anyone for an update. Over 2 weeks no tracking number. Will be reporting as a fraudulent website to the bank - do not purchase from them

Absolutely scam!!! Ordered a jumpsuit which looks completely different from the pictures in their website. Sent a few emails and they have never responded!!!

I would give this company 0 stars if there was the option.
Ordered a dress from them, they added “shipping protection” to my order which I hadn’t realised. Still don’t know what it means as the dress I ordered hasn’t arrived. Ive emailed the company, no reply. There is no tracking of the dress either.
I have since come to realise that the company is a scam. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards.

Website is a scam what arrived was absolutely nothing like the picture. Do not order.

I wish I saw the reviews before I purchased. Waited for months for my dress. Arrived and the quality is awful. The top and shoulders of the dress is a size 4 and the skirt part is a size 12. Avoid!

This company is not worth any stars as it is a total scam. I can only think the positive reviews are invented.
They advertised a designer jumper at a discounted price of less than £40 when in fact the genuine article, on the Paris site , is more than £300. They use a photo from the legitimate website and then post out a substandard poorly made version. The labels are written in french and english with spelling mistakes. Action should be taken to prevent them from continuing to trade .
