Was gonna buy myself a few watches but after seeing all these bad reviews is there any point? No im glad i read the reviews before purchasing the watches look good on the website ngl but people are saying same watches on alibaba 😂 and that the material is terrible so ill leave it you lost a customer you should be proud of yourselves if you cant run a business dont make one

Been 2 weeks since i requested a refund, no reply whatsoever

My watch was defect After two weeks(I did not even unpack it fully, the clock hands stopped).
The quality is really bad and the Support does not answer my email‘s.

I already contacted your support several times over the last three weeks, but I still haven’t received any reply. You keep telling customers to email you but no one answers there.
I cannot return the defective watch because you have not provided any return form or instructions.
Please respond so this can be resolved.

have sent several emails regarding an order I unfortunately made #1851 is the order number. I haven't received any reply from them by email since the last time I wrote a feedback here, and they said someone should contact me

This companies policies and customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I am furious. My son ordered one of their products without my knowledge, when I found out I sent an email requesting to cancel the order, no response. After waiting a sent ANOTHER and again, no response. At this point the product arrived and after reading the terms of returning it I only have 2 weeks to do so but need approval from the company to do so and what do I need to do? Email them. And guess what NO RESPONSE!!! It is a disgrace and I demand that they get back to me ASAP.

Avoid this brand — terrible experience.
I ordered two silk blouses and received two low-quality polyester tops that look nothing like the photos and arrived without any tags. I’ve contacted the company multiple times by phone and email requesting a refund, but they have not responded at all.

I’ve now reported the issue to my bank and relevant consumer authorities to recover my money. Please be cautious, this brand appears to be dishonest and unresponsive to customers

Son relojes de Aliexpress o shein, obviamente aquí te lo venden al triple de precio con un supuesto código de "descuento". Sigue siendo una estafa. Solicite devolución ya que lo que un familiar uso mi tarjeta y cayó en esa premisa de "rebaja de precio" y nunca recibí devolución, solamente perdí dinero

I have seen a TikTok with an employee sharing a discount code. I came to this website to try it but as soon as I put a watch into my cart, the discount was already used.

Therefore, the prices that are on the websites are misleading and tend to provide a false impression of this company.

Even one star is too much. The quality is very bad the jeweller with me said it was a very cheap watch and has nothing to do with good quality

Página web dropshipping, estafa. Relojes que se ven a millas que son falsos y baratos. Reseñas y códigos de promoción falsos. Sede en Dubai (una página/sitio de 'inversores y empresarios', con un sello de venta fácil de obtener, obviamente para productor falsos) y en otras páginas te indica que está en Arizona EEUU. Página Web del sitio relativamente nueva con un par de meses, veracidad nula. Vergüenza ver anuncios y que la gente caiga en esta estafa.
