We ordered from Lord of Rugs, because they offered different sizing options and better prices than other retailers. We were NOT disappointed.

The rug arrived excellently packaged and very quickly, (ordered Saturday & it had arrived by Tuesday afternoon).

The rug is beautiful, excellent quality and exactly what we wanted.
I would highly recommend.

If i could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Never received my order. Contacted seller who told me to place another order. I did. It was never dispatched. Instead of resolving the issue they cancelled my second order without my permission?? Without a doubt a scam.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered 3 rugs but only received 2. I spoke to someone on the phone who would ‘look into it’. I’ve heard nothing since. My emails have been ignored as well as multiple voicemails I’ve left. The phone was actually answered today but only by people laughing and hanging up. I will never use this company again.

I was delighted with the service I received from Lord of Rugs. They were quick to respond to my email when I'd made a mistake with my order and were friendly and helpful. The rug is gorgeous-great quality and it was well protected in transit . It was delivered within 3 days of ordering. Good job Lord of Rugs!

Ordered a rug last Saturday 11th Jan. They said 3 day delivery. It didn’t show. Have phoned 3 times. Call diverts to voicemail saying all operators busy you will be contacted shortly. No one has contacted us. And still not got my Rug.

Good quality of the rugs but incompatible for my needs, very good customer service, they responded quickly, they have been all the time in contact with me until I get my refund
