Love my Orion Rose Gold watch. Would recommend

Comfy and a great design. I’ve only just started wearing watches again as things do my head in on my wrist. The design I have flashed up on Facebook and I really liked it.

Definitely buy another one from these. Highly recommend.

Love it , best watch i have ever had

Bought a watch and less than a year later it went wrong but without hesitation Katie Ann at Lord Timepiece dealt with my problem straight away and efficiently. Sent me a replacement and paid for my shipping to send old one back with no hassle. Honestly great company to deal with! Well done!

Andrew was a great help, I had a slight hiccup which was to do with the delivery and nothing g to do with the company and he came back straight away to help have it resolved.

My partner also loves his watch which is always a bonus!

Initially I received a faulty watch. After getting in contact Katie Ann was extremely helpful and got the issue delt with very quickly! It’s a lovely looking watch and well priced, if all transactions go that well I would definitely order again.

5 stars because they are very good, the courier has created some difficulties in the process, but they have always been available and have solved the problem in no time.

I telephoned and left a message for someone to call me back I waited some 4or5 hours for a call back but it did not happen. I went on there website and emailed saying I was unhappy that nobody had bothered to call me back and would someone please return my email, well within minutes I received a email from Andrew Smith who explained that they were having problems with the telephones and was very sorry. I explained that I had a problem with my watch and straight away he emailed me back saying to return the watch via tracked postage which I said via Royal Mail at 16.55 hrs same day by 11.45am the following day I received a email from Andrew to say they had received my watch and they had dispatched a new watch for me.
I can honestly say that from a bad start to the end service the after sales team are amazing and certainly out there customer first well done Andrew you are a credit to Lord Timepieces

Have bought a watch for my son”s Xmas present so haven’t yet had the watch for anytime however; if the wonderful box it arrived in is an indication of the quality of the product then it will be fabulous. Great presentation and definitely delivers the WOW factor. The watch looks amazing. I can’t wait to see my son”s reaction when he opens it. Great effort well done
