Hi there.

The pills worked for me and was looking forward to the next bottle. Unfortunately I was charged $132 this morning and I don’t understand why. I’ve logged into my account to cancel my subscription however I’m still upset at the missing $132 from my account.

Scam alert

Scam alert. They will keep charging your credit card. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact them. I never signed up for a subscription with this company. Seems to be their MO to keep billing customers for products they never ordered.

I have been using Heal 'n' Soothe with great success.

I have been using Heal 'n' Soothe with great success. If you take it as directed it really helps with pain and inflammation. Whenever I get to have excess on hand in the past, I just go to my account and put a pause on the product for 6 months and the delivery and charges stop. I think that the people who have not been satisfied have perhaps gotten on a false site made an error in taking it or are not cancelling or postponing it properly. I have found them to be a legitimate company with a great product. Thank you Dr. Paris and team.

I have had nothing but good experiences…

I have had nothing but good experiences with this company! I am having a difficult time believing all these negative comments here to be true! HBI ALWAYS show an order confirmation and email urging prompt contact back (with their Customer Service phone number) if I wish to cancel or change my order.

Yes the '30 day free trial' doesn't last 30 days if you have severe joint pain and need to take more per day but the free trial does give enough to see if you have an allergy and to see if it can make a difference for you.

It's VERY EASY TO CANCEL THE AUTO SHIP! I have contacted them by phone SEVERAL TIMES and NEVER had problems reaching an English speaking helpful human during business hours!

I have OA and RA and have done extensive research for homeopathic ways of addressing inflammation and arthritis and the ingredients in their products are cutting edge, backed by clinical trials and science and agreed upon by leaders in the medical field-and are priced reasonably! (would be MUCH MORE OF A MORE EXPENSIVE HASSLE to try to obtain all this ourselves and WAY LESS HARMFUL than the medications my rheumatologist and pain management doctors prescribed!) And the purchase includes some medical coaching with insights and guidance as well!

I noticed a difference in pain level after 3 days of taking 3 capsules 3x per day. I like they are not so potent to cause adverse side effects! Easier to take more when needed.

They offer discounts and specials alot so I was able to afford continuing and my pain continues to decrease!

Today I ordered a free trial of Collagen (only paid $3.95 shipping!) BOGO Super Joint Support, and a set of 2 Heal and Soothe ($20 discount!) - all with the assurance of money back guarantee! For whatever reason the system changed the shipping total to 9.95 in my account order page so I called Customer support and Tiana fixed the discrepancy before my card was ever charged! Her tone was very soothing and she was very kind!

I will change my review here if my experience with this company changes but I have no reason to believe it will because they have been truly trustworthy in the 2 months I have been with them!

Unresponsive to my calls and emails…

They have been unresponsive to my calls and email. I just sent a second request to have my account canceled as well as any future shipments since I didn't get any relief from using their products. Their reset password option isn't working either. So I can't access such account! This is frustrating when they get to ac ess our financial accounts and we can't ever get someone to help us! False Advertising

False Advertising - After you put in your information, you get a pop-up saying that it is not a 30-day supply, just 10. I tried to back out after reading that, closed out without submitting, and then they charged me anyway. Similar ingredients are available cheaper on Amazon.

The order had already been shipped out and delivered by that point, so our representative simply courtesy refunded the order and canceled any subscriptions associated with the order, so hopefully that resolves your issue. The Free Trial bottle of Heal-n-Soothe contains 60 capsules, and many customers notice results with only the trial bottle, and can make a decision from there whether or not they would like the continue with the subscription based on those results.

Their way of dealing: charge clients first, ask questions later

They were quick to charge me an unwanted subscription order of 75,24€ I never placed (bank fees included), even though I had never even received the initial “free” trial order that cost me almost 20€. Fortunately, they refunded the money, but I still hate the way they try to bulldoze their way into pushing their products. Since I never got the first bottle of Heal n Soothe, I can’t even say if it’s any good. Stay away from this company.

It is important to note the following. This was my initial purchase. Heal and Soothe 60 vegetarian capsules, which I reluctantly paid for.
I did not reorder or signup to my knowledge, any further product., yet, I see a charge on my credit card.

I only subscribed for the initial one of payment for the trial period and never received the product and furthermore they continued to bill me when I specifically stated only the free 1 off trail and didn't sign up for continued subscription

I have not ordered heal and soothe , but I am judging them on the great video and the poor customer management evidenced on Amazon and here on trust pilot. As a legal advisor , I say to the company stop the auto-subscriptions , it is fundamentally underhanded and leads to customer distrust. Just because you put it in small print does not make it better. Let customers choose if they want subscriptions. If you trust your product you don’t need to rope customers in. This culture of trial and forced subscriptions probably needs legislating against on both sides of the Atlantic. Banks could also change rules to support customers better by creating a default refund policy on underhand subscriptions.

Biggest scam in the world

Biggest scam in the world. DO NOT order ANYTHING from these people. I ordered an online cookbook for $9.95. I never received it and all of a sudden I got 2 bottles of something and $106+ charged to my credit card. I DO NOT have a back problem. I called them and returned what they sent me. I was only refunded less than half of what they charged to my account. The return receipt where it was delivered says “left beside garage.” Sounds like some creep mailing stuff out of his garage and scamming people! Just read all the reviews about these creeps.

I took a look at your account and unfortunately I wasn't able to locate an order for our Free Cookbook, though that offer is still always available for just the shipping cost. I did see where you were sent a Free Trial bottle of Heal-n-Soothe, along with two additional bottles for a total of $106.87 and this appears to be an order that was placed on our website on 12/28/2024. I'm sorry to hear that you did not intend to place this order, although thankfully I do see where one of our representatives provided instructions to return the order for a refund. According to our return logs, we received the Free Heal-n-Soothe bottle returned to us, along with 1 of the 2 additional bottles from the order. The other bottle was never returned, so it was not refunded and this is why you weren't fully refunded for the order, however it is still eligible to be returned and refunded within the next 30 days.

UPDATE 12 March 2025. I had a very quick response from this Company via email to advise me that they would cancel my subscription (I will repeat here...I never ticked a box to agree to a subscription.....)and also they would repay the money they took. Very odd that I got such an immediate response. I think they have a person who does nothing but responds to low scores on sites like TrustPilot. I received 2 payments from them today, slightly lower than The original price but of course the value of The dollar against The pound will have changed since The original payment in January. I was not surprised that The company did not repay The 8 bank charges I had to pay for 2 outgoing payments to be changed to dollars and 2 incoming payments to be changed into GBP. I was going to add another star for their quick response but on reading their reply (see it below) again today, they lost that extra star as it was a very snide response and no one signed it...such bad manners!

Original complaint. The only reason I ordered from this company was because the advertisement clearly stated that it was NOT a company that created an automatic subscription when I bought a product. I went ahead and ordered a free sample of Heal and Soothe and ordered an extra 3 bottles of Heal and Soothe. I also ordered the free bottle of Joint Support. While this order cost a lot of money for a person of 73 existing on the state pension, I thought it was worth it if the product reduced my back pain.

Sadly the product didn't work for me, in fact it made me sick, despite following the rules for taking these tablets to the letter. I thought "Ah well, these just didn't work for me and thought no more about it.

A month or two has gone by and to my dismay, on looking at my bank account this morning this company has tried to take payments of £62.11 and £34.90. I do not have a subscription with them, they are just using my card details to steal this money from me. Luckily my bank does not pay out over weekends and I have been able to freeze payments being taken from this card. Now I have all the hassle of contacting the bank and getting these payments stopped so I can free my card up. I so wish I had thought to check with Trustpilot first before engaging with this company. I also wish there was a way of letting everyone know about their illegal practices before they get caught like I did.

Auto order activated without confirmation without receiving the original order more than a month ago.

My wife ordered heal n sooth on the 15th of January (#4440226) and all the while i thought its only a one off purchase but I was shocked to see 2 charges to my bank, an C$80 and C$65 for an item we did not order nor confirm. I have even send an email on the 28th of January and followed up on the 18th of February that the item ordered on the 16th of January has not arrived upto this day. I demand refund on the charges made on the 16th of February and on my first order on the 16th of January with a total amount of C$242.27.

Beware your credit card!

I am appalled by the marketing ethics of this company. Or should I say non-ethics. I signed up for what I believed to be a one-off purchase. To my astonishment, another transaction for 79.90 was signalled to me by my bank a month or so later. I have managed to freeze my card. To this irritation of sharp practice is added the fact that I found the products to have little impact.

Don’t buy from this company

Just like all the other reviews I I ordered a sample bottle but did not wish a repeated subscription every month for £65. I have tried to find cancellation details telephone number doesn’t work and the email address is keep back keep bouncing. Please cancel my subscription.

I ordered 3 bottles of Heal-n-Soothe and found they actually make me ill. Just received an email saying more bottles are being sent to me because I have a subscription. Did not know I had signed up for that and I do not want any more bottles, but cannot cancel my 'subscription' as they do not answer the phone and the account they say I have is nonexistent.
