So soft. Packaging was luxury. The material is INSANE. Fast dispatch. No order errors. I hope they hold up to be durable. Only things they don’t have that I personally like in bedding is a zip on the... Toon meer

Love my new PJ’s and eye mask, super soft and gorgeous colour (navy), went for the wider eye mask as I wanted it to be wrap around. Would happily purchase both again and buy as gifts for Christmas
Beautiful bedding, fast delivery and gorgeous packaging. Particularly impressed with the fitted sheet, the elasticated bands to go under the mattress will make sure the sheet never pops off. The feel... Toon meer

Antwoord van Lost Loom
Hi Helen, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the pillowcases didn’t feel as soft as you were expecting. Softness can naturally be quite personal, although our 400 thread count bamboo sateen has been specifically chosen for its exceptionally smooth, soft feel, and this is one of the qualities our customers most frequently mention.
We’d love to understand a little more about what you were expecting, so please feel free to get in touch with us directly and we’ll be very happy to help.
Just fabulous
Great service. Fast delivery. Truly amazing bedding. Would definitely recommend. Beautifully packaged.

The bedding arrived beautifully…
The bedding arrived beautifully packaged and as it was a gift I was very pleased with the presentation. The item arrived quickly and the communications were great. The courier sent specific timings on the day which really helps to plan. My daughter was delighted with the bedding set. The softness and cool feel along with the quality of the product is as we hoped for. It is more than I would usually spend on a bedding set and we are very pleased and feel it is well worth the money for a special treat. We would definitely buy again from Lost Loom and appreciate the ethics of buying from this brand.

Great quality and service
Have a set of the bamboo bedding, which I love, though a bit uncomfortable that it has to b washed at 30 and I always feel bedding and undies need to be washed at a high temp.
Bought one pillow to try it out, love it so much I bought a second and have just bought a pair for the guest bedroom: ordered yesterday and just been delivered .

The best bedding on the market!
Having done my research on sustainable bedding, I was delighted with my purchase from Lost Loom. The bamboo fibres have created the most incredible, silky, soft, satin feel sheets and pillow cases that are not only exceptional in quality but outstanding in appearance! They are easy to wash on a low temperature, very easy to iron and feel like hotel luxury when they are on the bed!!
Suoer speedy delivery and exceptional quality. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Very soft and comfortable bedding
Very soft and comfortable bedding. I've been shopping around for good quality bamboo sheets for a while since my old one started to age, this is the best quality I've found so far. I'll be buying another set.

This is the second set of sheets I have purchased, as they help to keep me cool overnight and the quality is good.
