I contacted LottieFiles Support after being blocked from my organization's existing workspace, which was created by a former employee with an inactive account. My goal was to regain access to prevent potential data loss, rather than creating a new workspace.

The support team provided an incredibly fast response, immediately requesting the necessary details for the access transfer. The resolution was seamless: they quickly sent an admin invitation, followed instantly by an ownership transfer invitation upon acceptance. After accepting both, I gained full access to the workspace. I truly appreciate their efficient and smooth assistance in resolving this issue.

Terrible pricing transparency, they advertise a monthly option but its actually billed yearly, and the price is outrageous for the service provided. The service is probably worth $30/year, they're charging over $200. You're much better off utilizing Adobe services.

I must admit that animating can be easier with Lottie rather than After Effects BUT this app has bugs all the time, it's very limited in many cases and caused me so much frustrations. The auto-save doesn't work always and there is no way to save a working file except exporting it. If you want something easier than After Effects, this will work but you will be frustrated all the time.

I forgot I used my personal credit card for a company purchase. I then left the company and after a year the subscription pulled +-240 dollars from my account.

This was my mistake, but when I reached out to LottieFiles they immediately responded and refunded me.

I am very grateful and I will absolutely sign up with Lottie Files again and again.

I signed in with my Google account but the website still didn't allow me to download even a simple icon. It showed a 10-step process and then nothing happened. Total waste of time. The platform looks good, but if basic downloads don’t work even after login, it's very frustrating.

Don't waste your time, you won't be able to download anything from there for free anyway. just think about it: they force you to pay them, to pay the site itself to download FREE material that the creators created for free, without receiving anything for it. They don't share this money with the creators. What should I pay for? just so you understand, you can download the material for free only in very terrible quality, which is not suitable for use in your product. 0/10, the reviews are high. I want to wish this site a speedy downfall.

I subscribed to LottieFiles Premium, thinking it was billed monthly at $20. The service itself is fine, though performance can feel a bit slow at times.

When I realized that the full annual amount of $240 had been charged upfront, I was shocked and immediately wanted to cancel. It really ruined my morning, so I opened a support ticket explaining my situation.

Honestly, I didn’t expect much—no company has ever handled a complaint this well. Within two minutes, I received a full refund and even got a personalized offer for a monthly plan (at a slightly higher rate).

I had already accepted that the money was gone, but they proved me wrong. Their customer support deserves a 10/5 stars rating — absolutely outstanding service.

Lottie Files is definitely the best platform for (Web)Animations out there. I am currently using it for a student project and it's absolutely insane what you can do inside there. I really love the new LottieCreator where you can create your own custom animations. Also thanks a lot to Haleeza for the amazing customer support.

Meranelle Igot provided excellent customer service. She was very helpful and responded quickly to all my concerns. Our conversation went smoothly from start to finish, and she was able to resolve everything within the same day. I truly appreciate her patience, efficiency and friendly assistance. Absolutely amazing customer support.
I had an annual plan, and after using it for very specific task I let it linger, then I forgot to cancel and it got auto-renewed. They had no issue refunding me and downgrading my plan as I asked them to do. They also communicated with me throughout the process with that extra-mile touch.

Biggest scammer company I have come across.I subscribed to one year plan but it still showed standard even after the payment was cut.
When I complained they asked me to pay double and suspended my account and said pay 299 usd + 299 usd as extra sead is also triggered which I have not even selected anywhere.
They took me money , blocked my account now asking me to lay double
