habe am 14.9.2018 bezahlt, bisher weder eine Antwort noch habe ich die Ware erhalten , kein kontakt möglich, keine Antwort auf meine Stornierung

This webshop is fake! You can not trust them. You order, you pay and then: NOTHING! You don't get what you ordered and they do not answer any E-mail's. Money down the drain!

I Ordered few days ago, the money was withdrawn, paypal wasn't an option !
I Sent several email, tried to phone several time and never got an answer...

Ordered 18" ultimax in JANUARY 2018, still havent shipped. Paid with money transfer straight to their account. DO NOT DO THIS, you will lose your money and never get the product. I have contacted the shop atleast 20 times, 1 reply, which didnt answer at my problem at all!!

I also contacted the finnish consumer protection agency, and they contacted the netherland division, hoping to get some news soon...

Order a single speaker unit. However, after placing the order the delivery time was indicated to be more than two weeks, and I wanted to cancel the order. I did this via e-mail (since there is no option on the webpage) but got no reply. Wrote to them one more time again without reply. Money has been withdrawn from my account. Now just about 4 weeks later the order status has been changed to "shipped".

No way to contact them via phone.

I have placed some serious orders at the past to this shop and they were delivered in reasonable time.
However my last order of 500euros was placed on 19th of July and so far (almost 3 months later) is not executed.
I have written at least for 4 emails and called twice, seeking for info

No response at all.

I am afraid that I will not get the already paid goods.

One month later and i have not received my order, there is no ETA and they have not replied on emails either. AVOID

I've put and paid my order by 03.06.2018 - three Items should be available up to 15 days after, and one item available after max. 8 days. Another month almost gone and the Item that should be after 8 days is still not available - as the result whole my delivery postponed. Two e-mails sent to them (one to sales[at]europe-audio.com, other one to information[at]europe-audio.com) and never had the answer. Seriously, if I knew before would buy from China - at least that would be quicker and much more reliable... Really disappointed, they service is literally rubbish!!!

Ordered created Feb 18, 2018, some items ordered as in stock, some with 4-8 weeks availability. Part of the order shipped May 9 (items that were in stock), remaining items are no longer available. No replies to my emails.

Habe vor zwei wochen für 65 euro einen Amplimo Ringkerntrafo gekauft, keine lieferung, keine antwort auf mails, gehen nicht ans Telefon. Betrug.

no delivery after 6 weeks, no feedback if I try to contact them. Ordered Items are no longer on website. 75€ through the chniney!

Same experience as many other customers, product was never delivered, not able to contact them by email or phone. I should've checked trustpilot first, this company should be avoided.

I have used this company twice.
The first time everything was working fine. Order came on time and I was updated.

Second time nothing is working!
I ordered some drivers on 20 March 2018. The drivers were not in stock but delivery should be 3-4 weeks.

I still haven't received the order and the company just stopped to answer any of my mails.
I haven't heard anything from Loudspeaker Freaks since 26 March!
That is the worst service ever!

Ordered and newer received my orders, and they don' answer there phone or mails

Ordered in early March and expected delivery was the 15th of April, nothing new since I know Europe audio can be slower than a frozen snail, but I've always got my items. Date was then pushed a few days forward and shipped promptly the day after the newly set date.

Slow but alot cheaper than most of its competition.
PS. Use PayPal for safety if unsure.

Edit: Last order I had to do a claim via the bank to get my money back, because they ghosted me on mail and phone for months.. They even canceled items I did NOT get a claim for. Probably the worst customer experience ever.

Har handlet 2 gange hos dem (opdagede jeg manglede nogle ting, så måtte bestille igen). Nogle af delene var ikke på lager, og der stod der var 3-5 dages levering fra deres leverandør til deres lager, men at det ku variere... Da de så endelig kom på lager, så tog det kun fantastiske 3 dage fra de overgav ordren til gls, til den kom til hoveddøren

Watch out for this new label of Europe audio, since the complaints about Europe audio he changed the domain.

He fooled me, order amount was quite low luckily.
