Louella made a pair of cufflinks for my grandsons 18th birthday using 2 pieces of glass from a collection he and I gathered on the beach in St Mawes when he was very young but always remembered. Louella was fantastic and took on the commission despite having a third baby recently. The cufflinks are beautiful, I am truly delighted, she was welcoming, helpful and super quick. I had received a necklace with the birthstones of two of my grandchildren from one of my daughters. I wanted to get another necklace with the birthstones of two other grandchildren. I emailed Louella. She remembered making the first necklace and had the details. She asked me a few questions about the length of the chain and the birthstones for new necklace. She warned me that it might take longer than usual because she was due anytime with her third child. I was prepared to wait but she was able to source the stones and complete the necklace before the birth. The necklace arrived and is perfect. I love wearing both of them. Well actually I never take them off. So overall Louella does beautiful work, is very responsive to emails and very prompt with the delivery. I completely recommend her.

I purchase some lovely handmade Jewellery from Louella for my wife's wedding anniversary, unfortunately the presentation box was damaged due to our postal service pushing it through the door, without any hesitation Louella has replaced and sent it.
