Wanted some information on a new product after the one I bought (in a shop) had to be returned. Contacted them multiple times but recieved no answer. Wouldn't buy there items now I know how baad the customer service is.
not possible for microcurrent beauty device to work without a conductive gel! instructions say use dry!!
Hence...nothing!!! Dont waste your money, unless you are going to purchase conductive face gel.
No instructions on how to use my LED maskbzit - I have no idea how to turn it on even! The strap is faulty so it’s impossible to wear even if I could turn it on.
I messaged the company a week ago and they haven’t been bothered to get back to me so I’ll be returning it.

It was very bad; it didn’t straighten my hair at all, but instead made it frizzy. It didn’t have enough power to straighten properly.
A friend bought me the sculpting led vibrating Gua Sha as a birthday gift. It doesn't even, it only flashes blue when it 8s on, none of the functions work, I've tried troubleshooting but still nothing. I've contacted the company several times all they have said is show proof I'd purchase and a couple of paragraphs for trouble shooting....this 2as a gift so I don't have proof of purchase. I haven't sent the company 2 messages, with no response, really poor service, I won't be buying anything from this company jn future!
Instruction booklet is in tiny print and not much information. Where is the on button, for example? Is it the logo on the side or the button that lights when charging? Takes a few tries to actually switch it on. Tricky to change colour of the LED lights too.
Instructions do not say that the mask switches itself off.
It's quite heavy to wear.

When trying to register product, I'm taken to some kind of fitness site where I'm expected to register and give my bank details.
I love the products, my fiend gifted me the set and I love all the function. I’m using it every day. Also I really recommend the brand as I have an issue and the after care service was very helpful. I enjoy to use it very easy and good results !!
