Yesterday I received an order to say that LoveClothing were doing 75% off everything! I was crazy excited so obviously I jumped right on board and placed my order for next day delivery at 11AM.
This morning I woke up and realised my order hadn't been dispatched!

Upon e-mailing what I believed to be the support email address, I received a response from the Owner of LoveClothing, Adam, who advised me that my order wouldn't be dispatched until tomorrow! I was really upset.. And I'm also very grumpy today after only an hour and a half sleep, and a very stressful month at work so I was fairly unhappy, and sent quite a stern e-mail response, along with many stroppy tweets!

Adam rung me within half an hour and had personally packed my order and taken it to the Post Office to make sure I received this tomorrow, as I am due to leave the country tomorrow evening.

So, I think it's safe to say I was probably one of them really horrible customers that we all moan about, and that's not me at all! I felt like my mother! Ha ha.

Either way, I cannot fault the service I received and I really look forward to receiving my order, and also the new and exciting plans for Love Clothing!!

I ordered 9 things from Love Clothing and first of all only 5 things came. I also got three of the same top and I'm not sure if I was charged or not as I never received a reciept just an email that said my tracking number. I didn't create an account( I paid through Amazon) so I have no idea what my actual order was. The things I actually did get were really bad quality.

I ordered a pair of boots like a moth ago or so and they haven't told me anything about it and as i was worried about it wrote three messages trough the site and another one trough one of their e-mails and haven't got any replay to any of those. Now i paid 30 dollars for a pair of shoes that never arrived and i certainly don't know if will. I feel deceived and robbed.

Orderd my first item from love clothing.. It was easy to purchase and arrived quickly as I am in the United States. It was exactly as it looked online and I was so happy to get it.

A hassle free shopping experience, quality clothes from clothing ranges I hadn't seen before, and at great prices. Website was easy to navigate and clothes were delivered very quickly with no problems, would recommend and use again

It was Super easy for me to find something cute and simple to wear that could go for the spring/fall season! the item is still yet to come but I'm so happy with the easy checkout and fast dispatch even though I ordered from America! I will deffinatly be coming back for more! :)

This is the first time I've used Loveclothing and I had no problems, my order arrived on time and I'm pleased with my purchases, would recommend.

I ordered a t-shirt for my little sister and unfortunately after I paid I received an email from customer services to say it was out of stock which was disappointing. Customer services were helpful and did arrange for a refund as soon as they could.

Placed my first order last week and already got my items, was very pleased with the items and also got some love hearts with my order which is a bonus. Would recommend the site to anyone as the mobile site is really easy to use and a good shopping experience all round :)

I have been shopping with loveclothing for a while now and all i keep seeing is new styles that i seem to like more and more each time i check back on the site. Cant wait untill next payday so i can get some more clothes especially like the new parkas :)

I had no problems purchasing from LoveClothing. The website is easy to use. They kept me updated on my order progress. The delivery quick and on time. Recommended to a few friends already, very happy.

This clothing site just has so much diversity. It's got more affordable clothes but also those Jeffery Campbell's for when you want to treat yourself. I love seeing loveclothings Instagram posts to keep me up to date on new arrivals and I adore just looking through their collections even if I'm not buying anything. The "Lottie with Love" collection is incredible as Lottie is a younger girl who can offer some guidance in clothing items and accessories to girls who may not be sure what they want. Incredible website and I will definitely be shopping here for a long time.

In my opinion, Love Clothing is the best online clothes shop and has all the latest fashion. I have never had any problems with the website and it is so easy to purchase items and there is a massive range of clothes to choose from. I absolutely love the dresses and the Jeffrey Campbell's because they are so individual and unique and that's why I love LoveClothing.com :) xx

I adore love clothing! The clothes are great and delivery is really quick, i received mine 2 days after ordering. I love everything I have bought and can always rely on love clothing to have great items on sale, it's always the first site i look on when i fancy some new clothes! The best online clothes store out there!

I ordered 2 items. 1 of the items was wrong (I ordered a lightbrown belt but they sent me a darkbrown belt instead). I returned the belt, which was pretty expensive as the Company suggests that items are returned with a tracking-number. - I did receive the right belt a week later or so, but they didnt cover my returningcosts, they havent even answered my complain, which I've sent twice.

That is the worst thing a company can do to their customers: ignore them!

They didnt even offer me a discountcode, which I know other companies do.
I will now return to ASOS-shopping and other sites that I know I can correspond with in case of problems. And I will forget everything about shopping at loveclothing again.
