An excellent company to deal with - always helpful and obliging

Great selection of ladies golf clothes, always difficult to find normally. Brought several items. Good service and speedy delivery.

Placed an order and within 3 days my parcel arrived
I was so pleased with the quality of the clothing
They have great attention to detail and noticed in shipping that one of my items had be snagged so they gave me this item for free.
I would defined be ordering from them again.

I had to return a Rohnisch Nicky Skort as the fabric was so clingy it showed too much of my outline. There were some initial concerns about the refund policy but if a company listens to customers and changes their approach it is always positive. I therefore have changed my review to 4 stars. Well done.

In October I entered the prize draw at love golf. I won it!
I received a fantastic Rohnisch Airlite jacket. Since then the weather changed to cold or freezing and I have been able to wear the jacket. I couldn’t believe how well it kept me warm, I only need 3 layers underneath compared to my usual 5 or 6!

I’ve shopped at Love Golf Clothes online for a number of years - as a larger golfer, it’s not always easy to source nice outfits but they always stock a good range of styles and sizes - and if I’ve needed to return something, it’s never a problem.
I recently spotted a new design from Rohnisch that was only available direct from Sweden, so I contacted LGC and they ordered what I wanted from the manufacturer, meaning I wasn’t faced with £13 delivery costs, could return the items if for some reason they weren’t as I’d hoped, and i could deal with a company I know and trust. Win-win!
Love Golf Clothes is always my go-to website when I need anything new, I really don’t think they can be beaten for quality, service, and choice.

Very happy partner who had been looking for a particular item for sometime but couldn’t find in a UK store so postage / customs issues - LG meant that issue went away and I earned some brownie points!

Interesting to see that someone else had their item returned due to marks they did not make just like me. Very expensive clothes and would not refund me which leaves a very bitter taste. For these reasons I would not recommend.

The discount code didn’t work for my order. I e-mailed Love Golf Clothes and within 10 minutes had received a new code which I used. Have always had first class service from this company through the years.

I returned an online order as the item was much too big. The return was rejected due to marks on the item which I can only assume were either originally on the item or caused after return. They certainly wouldn’t have been caused from being tried on having been sent a photo of them. Very disappointing and expensive online shopping experience.

In response to the shop comments below, the point is I wasn’t returning due to marks being on the item (a white jacket) because I had not seen any marks when it was tried in or repackaged for return, I was returning the item as it was the wrong size for me. If I had found the product faulty or marked that would have been the reason for my return.

Lizi & Joe processed a replacement for me when my golf glove got ruined in the rain.

They were out of stock and specially ordered another one for me.

So nice of them to do that for me.
