I booked a holiday with Loveholidays on 07/03/2026 for travel on 19/06/2026 to celebrate a special occasion. Within 48 hours of making the booking, Loveholidays changed our flights to a middle-of-the-night departure and switched us to a different airline.

What has been most disappointing is not just the change itself, but the way the situation has been handled. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, Loveholidays has made it extremely difficult for us to amend the flights or find a suitable solution. The customer service experience has been frustrating, stressful, and far below what I would expect.

I have booked many holidays before and have never been treated like this. What should have been an exciting time leading up to a special trip has instead become upsetting and exhausting. The constant effort required to try and resolve an issue that was not of our making has completely taken the shine off the holiday.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Loveholidays. Customers should be able to book with confidence and trust that significant changes will be handled fairly and efficiently. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

We have booked a package holiday with love holidays & despite trying to get a refund for our holiday to Barcelona because the flights they have booked us on with KLM don’t work for the turn around time, they are not listening to our requests of a full refund as we are within the timeframe of cancelling our hotel, love holidays are not listening to our requests we need to take this to ATOL.
People should stay well clear of this holiday company as they do not sort your problems out regarding flights.

I have complained to love holidays for the past 4 months and it has taken me to write a review to get a response love holidays and your response is that you cannot control hotel accommodation and I fully agree with your comments however what I am complaining about is your agent whe. Booking this holiday confirmed on the initial call when we asked about the beds for this room confirmed that there would be 3 single beds in the room why would he confirm this if you have no control on the hotel accomodarion surely for a 14000 holiday you would check with the hotel before taking a deposit from us this is misleading information and something you could not guarantee and we have asked for the initial recording you have sent them but no password to open it i think you need to listen to these recordings before you respond i want a copy as requested of all recordings with a password to make them available

Very bad customer service stay well clear got my hotel and they hadn’t even sent my booking confirmation and the hotel didn’t speak a word of English was told by the hotel if I can’t provide my booking confirmation I can’t stay there but it was difficult because I didn’t speak English even though loveholidays was paid to send my booking confirmation I had to send them emails to prove I had pay to stay in the hotel not good after getting off a flight. Maybe they should be stating that it is a Spanish-speaking hotel only and they don’t speak a word of English but loveholidays doesn’t give a damn as they are getting their money and they don’t clearly care about their customers. They have lost out because there was 12 of us meant to be booking a lads holiday and was gonna book through loveholidays definitely won’t be now as their customer service is so long and they just tried passing the buck back-and-forth. Stay well clear unless you want a bad experience.

Disgusting please be aware that you will get ripped off

I find the site useful, great value for money and not disappointing. Their customer service team are helpful and reassuring when concerns need to be addressed.
