I ordered urn pendant charms for my wife’s ashes. The turnaround time was very fast, and the company responded quickly when I emailed them with concerns.

Filling the pendants, however, was more difficult than expected. The fill method made it easy to spill ashes, and the tools provided didn’t make the process any easier. Because of that, I wouldn’t choose this style again.

Regarding the engraving, they do show a picture that includes both the engraving and the item number stamp. But it’s not obvious that they will engrave directly on the same side as the stamped item number by default. Most people would assume the engraving goes on a clean, blank side. If you want it placed elsewhere, you need to specify that when ordering, which wasn’t clearly explained in their instructions.

Overall, the service was quick and responsive, but the design choices and filling process made the experience more stressful than it needed to be.

I am so happy with this beautiful piece of jewelry. It is a truly meaningful way to keep my dad close to my heart. The quality is exceptional, and it provides a great sense of comfort during such a difficult time. I was also very impressed with the service, as the delivery was incredibly prompt and arrived exactly when expected.

I ordered a personalised locket which arrived in great time and is brilliant quality. Even after I placed my order the team were happy to help ammend an inscription, luckily this happened within a few minutes of my order being placed and the custom locket hadn't been started yet, but I am still very grateful for their help as this is a sentimental keepsake.

The necklaces are just as advertised. Delicate & beautiful. I bought one for our daughter & my husband's sister. Through NO FAULT of LOVELOX, the package was delivered damaged from FedEx with one missing necklace. The Lovelox customer service representative apologized and PROMPTLY sent another necklace. I was impressed that they resolved the issue so quickly.You can trust this company.

Customer service? Amazing! Product? Not so much. Within 12 hours of putting my toblerone bracelet on, feeling a little better about losing my pooch, it tarnished. After a week of wearing both what used to be the gold bracelet, and the silver bracelet, the engraving has all but disappeared. I absolutely LOVE the concept, but for what I paid, the product should hold up much longer.

The necklace is stunning, with a delicate and elegant design that looks even more beautiful in person. The packaging was also lovely and well presented, making it perfect for gifting. Shipping was SO FAST! The locket cufflinks were the perfect addition to our wedding.

Purchased the Diamond Set Heart Urn Ashes Necklace in Gold on 2/23/26 for my best friend who's father passed suddenly. It cost $243.95 (including $12 for engraving). It was delivered 2/27/26. I looked at it and it looked great, so I left it alone and in its box for when I saw her in person. That day came on 3/28/26 and I was so excited to give it to her! We open the box....I was speechless. It looks as if it's rusting and I don't understand how it is tarnishing when it sat IN THE BOX for 31 days. BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! If I could give it 0 stars, I would. It won't let me attach any pictures to the review, but I have plenty if anyone reaches out.

Looks really nice. It doesn’t close all the way shut. Not as well made as I was hoping for, especially spending close to $200. Still pretty and hope I can find a way to fix the issue. Feel like sealing up tightly shouldn’t be an issue with a locket.

Update: I was able to take needle nose pliers and work a part of it so it’s able to close now. Works but have a feeling I will have to adjust later as well.

Unfortunately my memorial necklace arrived incomplete as both pictures were missing from the locket. I have reached out to the company for help and will update the review as the issue is resolved.

Emailed the company back and forth asking loads of questions and it was always a prompt helpful response. Item arrived in time, just as described, beautifully packed and great quality. I am extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend.
