The worst crap I have ever seen and forget about getting Your money back!
They don't even read emails when You try to return the item.
I will write 1000 negative opinions about them on internet and in press to save people from this company!

I have had to email at least 6 times…

I have had to email at least 6 times since recieving my package, asking to return and refund my package but nobody is giving me the return address.
I really just want to send it back, not exchange it, not recieve a new one.

Awful quality. Unlike picture on website.

After being inundated with emails telling me that couriers had tried and failed to deliver my order (untrue), my order finally arrived. The dress looked like a cheap imitation of the one pictured on the website. The quality is so poor, it looks like a children's dress-up costume in an adult size. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would! Do not buy from this company! I ordered 2 "tweed" Blazers and what I got was a flimsy jersey fabric that is printed to look like a tweed fabric! The picture showed a nice tweed fabric with a good weight. That pictured blazer hit about mid-thigh. What I got is barely past the waist and nothing like the photo! Contacted the company to get a refund, but I know, based upon the reviews I have read, I will never hear from them! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! IT IS JUST A SCAM COMPANY. Typical China crap!

I ordered an item from Lovelyerica…

I ordered an item from Lovelyerica however it just doesn't fit at all (pants too large even though I took the smallest size, etc).
Therefore I contacted the customer support to return the article (which is totally a right that I have) but nobody is replying even after 3 follow-up emails.
I'm in a situation where I can't find the warehouse address to ship the item back and probably I will lose my money.

Way too slow and not like pictere

Bought men's fashion shirt which look amazing in the picture size XL. When I got it it wouldn't even fit a person half my size and I am normally a size L. Took over 1 month to arrive. Don't even want to deal with returns because they take so long. Would not recommend them whatsoever. Customer support is terrible.

This place is awful

This place is awful. They have cool looking clothes but they are made for children. I'm not even a huge guy. I typically buy a size large shirt in America. Had I realized the company was from China I would of never ordered. My shirt came and it was so small I couldn't even button it. It was $50. I complained and they said since it was in China I should just pay them $15 and order a new one. So now that I was already into it I said fine but of thats a large then give me a XXL. The shirt was about the same size as the first. I literally still couldn't even button it. At that point what do you do. I've never worn a XXL in my life and according to their sizes I would need a XXXXXL because they don't even get bigger. The length of the 2 shirts I bought is exactly the same. The width is about a 1/2 longer. Now they want me to pay for shipping and they will inspect the product and charge me for that. This place is completely awful. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.

Promises much, delivers far less.

The products received were only vaguely similar to the products pictured on their website. Mainly this is due to the cheaper fabric and poor tailoring.

Price is not an excuse. I can get much better quality at the same price from my local TKMaxx and only have myself to blame for trying online. (I guess the models wearing their clothes are enticing).

The quality is in my opinion poor, especially related to the draw string pants which are nothing like that pictured. NOTHING. More like pyjamas and poor ones at that! Certainly not for wearing outside HA!

I've purchased several items from lovelyerica and to date have had awful miscommunication on an item - they cancelled the item I wanted (despite me providing the Order # and picture of the item...I could not have been clearer), but to be fair they did get a size change request sorted for me on another item and a refund.

I will not be ordering from loveryerica again. The product quality is simply not good enough.

They say they want to hear from you but emails are returned. Says customer service doesn't work on the weekend. Can't track my package. Says no record. I'm calling my bank to retrack payment of non-existent garments. DONT ORDER FROM THEM

All returns to CHINA, they do not respond to emails

Almost impossible to return the purchase. It has to get back to China within 7 days. They might send it from Australia but you need to send it back to China. They will ignore any emails you send them unless you open a dispute through PayPal. Stay away from this DODGY CHINESE company.

I love the dress

I love the dress. However the fit is nothing like I thought it would be in the images displayed. That is my only “disappointment”. But other than that it’s beautiful and I love the dress!!

Lasst unbedingt die Finger weg von diesem Versand. Eindeutig unlautere Machenschaften. Qualitativ unterwertige Kleidung, die man dann noch nicht einmal zurückgeben kann. Keine Rücksende-Adresse, kein Coupon. Stattdessen versucht der Kundenservice einen zu überreden, das Zeug doch zu behalten oder es an Freunde oder Nachbarn weiterzugeben. Ich würde mich ja am liebsten herzhaft über diese Kommunikation (übrigens nur in Englisch) amüsieren, wenn es nicht mein Geld wäre, um das es hier geht!!!

Don’t purchase ANYTHING!!!

I am soooo done with this shop 😅 Very poor quality, a ridiculous customer service and they are even using the photos of HouseofCB - and their clothes do not look like the ones of HouseofCB - NOT AT ALL! If they would put the true photos the quality (äh which quality?) would be visible directly!

I ordered a dress in the size XS. The upper body part was huge, my breast didn’t fit into it (and if you would not have at least DD, yours wouldn’t either 😂). The colors were so bright and ugly it just looked awful and the material could have been a table cloth from my grandma.

The customer service recommended to hand it over to friend as a gift - yeah sure, if it’s poor quality who’d ever gift it to someone else?! I’m gonna throw that piece of ugliness into the bin - thanks for not taking your very valuable and how did you call it? Cost-effective piece back!

And the best part actually was their attempt to make up for it 😅😅 a 5 USD voucher so that I would spend again money on the crap - OMG! I still can’t believe it!!!

Recommendation: Don’t buy anything from that shop!!!

I went to buy a very nice swimsuit which looked very appealing. Yet when I received it, the size was too small and so I emailed to see if I can send it back and receive a change in size but was never contacted back.
