Good value and quick delivery
Very quick delivery and good value. The pinq padel balls are really good quality, retaining consistent bounce after multiple games. They are also easy to see when its sunny.
Thanks M.

Hi David,
Thanks for your review. We’re sorry to hear about the delivery concern. We haven’t received any direct contact from you, and we’d be more than happy to help resolve this as quickly as possible.
Please contact our customer support team at contact@lovepadel.ie with your order number so we can investigate this immediately with the delivery company and assist you further.
Edit: The parcel was found by the customer. It had been placed in their green bin. This is definitively not the delivery experience we want for our customers and took immediate steps to avoid any repeats in the future.
Kind regards,
Love Padel Team

Hi Denise,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry for the frustration caused by the delay to your order.
We’ve checked the tracking, and it shows the parcel was delivered yesterday. Unfortunately, orders shipped in mid-December were affected by exceptionally high Christmas delivery volumes, which led to delays outside of our control.
If there’s any issue locating the parcel or if you need further help, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to assist.
Thanks again for your patience
