Worst retailer I have ever dealt with...AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
1. Goods are really cheap stuff, made in China and of poor quality. Website listing is deceptive and you are paying a high premium price for rubbish. Total rip-off!
2. Goods took over 4 weeks to arrive from order when they were supposed to take 2 weeks. The order was lost and then re-sent from China with tracking that was totally wrong and misleading.
3. 'Customer care' is an absolute joke. No online chat, no phone numbers, just email. They take exactly 48hrs to respond and just lie and lie and you can't do anything about it.
4. They don't care about you, don't accept they are at fault, don't offer you a refund and don't even accept returns of intimate items! An absolute SCAM - AVOID.

Fraudulent company. This company is not based in UK. It’s somewhere abroad but they can’t seem to admit that. None of the tracking numbers work.

They misrepresented the item on the website and sold a set of three but only sent one. The shipping took a long time as well.

Pretty much got scammed.

I knew early on it was likely never going to arrive but I tried to feign optimism when contacting the seller as to try hit some sort of resolution.

Seller responds how ever dances around ever resolving anything.

The site just drop ships from Aliexpress as you can see from their other literally aliexpress tracking info. So just buy direct as you will be able to find the same item cheaper.

I don’t doubt some people have got items as the seller in what, CA? Has no reason not to drop ship. But if your package goes missing like it will likely do, he has no recourse / reason to replace it

Avoid and just buy direct.

Not a UK based company. Products are rubbish quality. Do not waste your money!!

THEY ARE SELLING REAL FUR

I bought the Light Brown Fox Tail and I have had this confirmed with a fur specialist to be real fur. The company has lied to me multiple times that it is faux. I am pursuing this with an animal charity

Terrible service - terrible customer service. Ordered from the company in November - it's now mid-February and I have still not recieved either the original item, nor the replacement that the company promised when I had to hassle them into taking the delay seriously. Honestly, the worst service I've seen from any online company.
Didn't recieve anything - didn't get reasonable customer service or care - had to argue about everything and finally got fed up with both the service and the wait, and requested a refund.
Would HIGHLY recommend to GO ELSEWHERE.
Seriously, it's been rubbish. There are better website out there, with equal or better prices.

Very attractive site. They have nice selections, too. I bought a tail plug and was pleased with the quality.

Awful customer service. I've messaged them 3 times now. No response, no refund. No nothing. Beyond frustrated with my experience with them. Will not be returning.

Website confusingly laid out, a lot like AliExpress and other cheap Chinese merchants. Two products are presented in the same photo, as if they are one. There is a tiny, unnoticeable drop-down on the page where you're meant to select "option A" or "option B". I thought I was buying from an honest and reputable seller and purchasing a set of both items (particularly given the price) and it's so camouflaged with the rest of the page content. Anyway, submitted the order with the default "option" and realised there was a problem when I got the confirmation. I emailed support immediately.

Over one week later I get two emails: one saying my order can't be changed as it was shipped, the other saying it had been shipped with a tracking link to 17track.

The site does a lot to make you think they are UK based but they are not. They ship from China using a Chinese shipping firm, tracked using the same site AliExpress uses. I tried to use a local company and paid a lot more than I would have on amazon or AliExpress because I didn't want the weeks of shipping delays and uncertainty or the poor customer service.

Turns out I got both and fleeced at the same time.

Customer service is a dead end - I emailed to explain all of this and essentially got an email shrug back.

I've also been getting marketing from them when I never consented to receive any, which is a violation of the GDPR.

Overall an extremely disappointing experience and an at best shady company.

I was curious about how urethral plug, but my friend pushed me to try one. In the end, I was happy because of how good it felt to me. I will also recommend you to my friends.

Ordered 3 months ago still waiting.
They do sell cheap products but this comes with a very cheap service which just isn’t worth the hassle.

Chased multi times offered no help at all, customer services at this company is pointless exercise as they offer the same excuses over and over. When asked for refund they said they can’t refund once dispatched which of course is very convenient when it’s dispatched the same day but not collected for a week.

DONT NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY, ANY SAVING IS NOT WORTH IT.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Item never received. Customer Service is appalling, expecting me to chase the couriers. The tracking shows that the item has not been received by me but will not reship or issue a refund.

Avoid at all costs.

BEWARE - the tails are, very upsettingly, REAL FUR. NOT synthetic as implied on their site! Disgraceful and this drop ship company should be boycotted and consigned to the animal abuse books! Foul company!

These are cheap Chinese crap that I highly doubt pass U.K. safety regulations!
Mine was over two weeks late because apparently it was coming from their warehouse. Yeah in China!
Box and instructions all in Chinese. No English anywhere to be seen and no U.K. trading safety symbols!
It was also broke!
I demanded a refund which they then told me I’d have to pay to get it sent back to USA??? At my own cost!
Once I threatened with phoning my bank to get a refund over trading standards issues. They sent a refund and said I could keep the item!
It’s in the bin!

ordered the black wolf tail plug. Item wasn't in stock at UK warehouse so was shipped from china ordered on the 8th June arrived 18th June plug not as big as I thought but the description does say it only and inch but the image suggested it was larger as a result in order for it to stay in I had to put it in past the hilt of plug. which wasn't that bad at first but then started to hurt so feel had I checked the size and got a bigger one product and shipping is acceptable

also not sure what made another reviewer think tail was real fur as it is most definitely synthetic

The website is called loveplugs.co.uk, but if you think it's based in the UK, then you would be mistaken. It is based in California, US. Why then, have a .co.uk web address? If you dig around in their shipping page, past the bit that talks about discrete packaging and shipping in 2-3 days, you'll eventually find the bit that reveals that they're based in the US. It mentions this nowhere else on the site. So, far from the 2-3 shipping days, it actually takes 4 days to dispatch the item and then 7-14 business days to arrive. Their products look good, the prices are good, and the product reviews are good. But I find it disingenuous, bordering on dishonest to make out that they are based in the UK with a .co.uk web address. There are plenty of UK-based websites, such as lovehoney and bondara who offer similar products at similar prices who don't take three weeks to ship from halfway around the world. Avoid.
